The fictional universe of Doom features a wide-array of menacing monsters like Baron of Hell, Cacodemon, Cyberdemon and many more that player character "Doomguy" goes up against only to decimate them with brutality. Some of those creatures may even end up appearing in the 2019 movie but the Spiderdemon, notoriously known as the final boss of Doom II, won't be included as a part of it. However, should there be a sequel; the spider monster will be there to terrify the audience.
