A year after original launch of post-apocalyptic role-playing game Wasteland 2, developer inXile Entertainment released a "Director's Cut" enhanced version and met with favorable reception from both players and critics in general.
CD Projekt's digital distribution platform GOG is offering DRM-free version of Wasteland 2 Director's Cut Digital Classic Edition to download and play for free on PC platform in their recent Winter Sale for next 48 hours from now.

Played from a semi-overhead view, players take on role of a highly customizable character with a group of Desert Rangers for a party-based tactical combat where they fight giant killer robots to survive in Arizona from an alternate history timeline.
This heavily loaded bundle worth $11.99 comes with official digital soundtrack, concept art book, reference card, map, Director's Cut manual, Wasteland novella books and wallpapers including code for original Wasteland game from 1988.
