Type-Moon Games announces release scheduled of 2D fighting game MELTY BLOOD: Type Lumina for September 30, 2021.

MELTY BLOOD: Type Lumina Release Date

Hailing from Yoshinori Ono, former producer of Street Fighter series, upcoming fighting game MELTY BLOOD: Type Lumina from developer French-Bread and publisher Delight Works Co. was originally unveiled back in March 30, 2021.

Type Lumina is revealed to arrive for Nintendo Switch, Windows PC via Steam, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One platforms on September 30, 2021, in a latest press release by Delight Works Co. along with an official announcement trailer.

Type Lumina will have only two versions available to purchase at launch; Standard and Deluxe Edition. Players can buy Standard Edition for $49.99 retail price and it will only include titular base game and no additional content at all.

Deluxe Edition can be accessed through digital download that features a guide book for MELTY BLOOD: Type Lumina series and "Blood Archives" to play all musical tracks collection and new official soundtracks for a price of $69.99 only.

Type Lumina is also offering bonus downloadable content "Arcueid Round Announcements" for fans who pre-ordered a copy. Early purchasers will be able to download it in a limited window of September 30 through October 27, 2021.

Japanese video game company Type-Moon is releasing MELTY BLOOD: Type Lumina in Japan and worldwide on same day. A physical Collector's Edition is likely to be region-locked locally and Western release has been confirmed yet.
