While making of these first-person horror games, developers heavily focused on the aspects of torture and execution, which can be entertaining in a twisted way. You will realize that when you will notice the feel of being kidnapped and being hunted down all the time.

Their formula worked pretty fine because the first installment of Amnesia garnered mostly positive feedbacks and managed to bag two awards for their craft. It is true that the disturbing elements make good horror content.

Even if you haven't, then this is a perfect opportunity to try this out or if you already have, then you can just re-live those old memories again.

We then move on to the second attraction of our list, which is the Amnesia: Collection. This one got both The Dark Descent and A Machine for Pigs in it.
