This second sequel of the franchise has twice the amount of content than its predecessor Last Light and Artyom's wife, Anna is returning to take part in the action while she narrates their current status quo where she no longer remembers what life was like before.

A few other characters were given a short glimpse of and it seems like they all have gotten involved in some sort of power struggle that forced them to leave the safety of their former sanctuary and go out in the open dystopia.

Joker from Persona 5 Comes to Catherine: Full Body

Catherine: Full Body introduces Persona 5's Phantom Thief, Joker as a playable character in latest trailer.

Not long after the announcement of adding Joker from role-playing game Persona 5 to crossover fighting game Super Smash Bros. Ultimate at The Game Awards 2018 as the 76th fighter of the game, developer/publisher Atlus came forward with more plans for him.

Joker will be a part of Catherine: Full Body, which is an upcoming remastered version of 2011 puzzle platformer video game Catherine from the same company, currently scheduled to release on February 14, 2019 for Japan only.

Joker, the protagonist from the popular JRPG title will be a playable character and his involvement to the fray was announced back in September 2018 along with a few other related contents and the gameplay video was meant to display his playing style.

Whereas we usually see Vincent trying to climb his way to the top of never-ending series of towered blocks, the Phantom Thief makes it look easier with precision and his quick speed, which make it seems like he is meant for solving this sort of haunted puzzles.

Catherine: Full Body adds a brand-new character Rin to cause a friction between two other main characters, Catherine and Katherine. She is a pianist from Stray Sheep and players can choose from 11 different vocals to be her voice in the Japanese release.

Aside from teasing his appearance, Atlus never revealed whether the game will arrive on PlayStation 4 and PlayStation Vita worldwide same time as they will on Japan or would come at a later date. Same can be said about the arrival of Joker in a DLC when the game finally launches.

Metro Exodus Release Date

Metro Exodus will take players back to post-apocalyptic Russia on February 2019 and released the opening cinematic to celebrate the release.

As a successor of Metro 2033 and Metro: Last Light from Metro series of first-person shooter games, Metro Exodus was announced back in June 2017 at E3 2017. Initially, the game scheduled for a fall 2018 release window but then pushed to the first quarter of 2019.

However, developer 4A Games and publisher Deep Silver has recently revealed that now they are planning to release the title a full week earlier than planned, on February 15, 2019 to made available for PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.

To celebrate this good news, they released the opening cinematic "Title Sequence" from the sandbox survival in 4K-glory!

The cinematic opens up in a landscape of a ruined world, long abandoned and everything around covered in the cold of the Earth as a reflecting deep woe-filled background score tries to carry us away in the moment.

Harsh winds blow away snows from many figures on the street, revealing their doomed fate in an unforgiving surrounding. The self-destructive nature of humanity is depicted in a very subtle way and thus, establishing the premise for anyone seasoned or casual.

After cramming down the remaster of both Metro 2033 and Metro: Last Light into Metro Redux, the Ukrainian development team has gone into the development phase for the next game and third installment of the series.

Even before the story was adapted into video games, Metro series was a super-hit original novel from author Dmitry Glukhovsky and that popularity has led to the eventual conception of a post-apocalyptic survival horror experience for fans.

Last month, Metro Exodus Spartan Collector's Edition was announced at Xbox X018 Event that is priced $149.99 only and comes with a highly detailed resin statue of protagonist Artyom fending off a deadly Watchman with a bunch of collectible goodies.

Earlier, Deep Silver has delayed the launch date so that 4A Games can have a proper take at the version of Metro Exodus they had in mind and since they have almost wrapped up the project, there is no reason to push back the calendar.

PlayStation Plus Free Games for November 2018

PlayStation Plus free games lineup has picked up Bulletstorm: Full Clip Edition and Yakuza Kiwami for the month of November 2018.

Hope you are having a blast this Halloween whether trick or treating or just lazily sitting around playing video games, which is probably your favorite thing to do, right? We are at the endgame of the year 2018 and November seems to be very promising (for now).

Last month, not everyone was impressed with survival horror title Friday the 13th: The Game and futuristic sports game Laser League. So, a new free games lineup of this month for PlayStation Plus subscribers has been carefully chosen this time.

PlayStation Plus Free Games for November 2018

Before we just jump into the PS Plus lineup, let's take a quick look at the short clip below showcasing all the titles for November 2018.

The very first game we got our hands onto is a first-person shooter titled Bulletstorm from People Can Fly and Epic Games that Electronic Arts had the Publishing rights to. You can play it in both solo and co-op mode in a 26th century setup.

Bulletstorm: Full Clip Edition gets you all the exclusive content of the game for a definitive experience. Players will take the role of Grayson Hunt, who runs a black ops team called the Dead Echo and on a mission to either seek payback or survive.

Next up is a remake of the first game from the acclaimed action-adventure Yakuza series, Yakuza Kiwami from Sega and Deep Silver. Originally released on PlayStation 3, the game was later launched on PlayStation 4 in 2016 and now is visually enhanced for 4K.

The game follows the story of Kazuma Kiryu, who is known as the Dragon of Dojima and he takes the fall for a murder of a crime boss at the hands of his friend. When he finally comes out ten years later, he discovers himself in the middle of a mess.

Some more free games from PlayStation Plus lineup for the month of November 2018 is still there and let's take a quick look at the list below.

  • Jackbox Party Pack 2 (PlayStation 3)
  • Arkedo Series (PlayStation 3)
  • Burly Men At Sea (Cross Buy with PlayStation Vita and PlayStation 4)
  • Roundabout (Cross Buy with PlayStation Vita and PlayStation 4)

If the Battle Royale genre interests you and you don't mind playing H1Z1 (because this is clearly not PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds, nor even Fortnite) then we recommend you get the PlayStation Plus Blueshift Pack with goodies for free until November 13.

Hopefully, Bulletstorm and Yakuza Kiwami will be able to sustain you for the month or long enough till games like Battlefield V, Fallout 76 and Spyro Remastered Trilogy comes out and makes you completely forget everything else.

Shenmue 3 Release Date

Ryo’s story will continue next year on August 2019, in action-adventure game Shenmue III from Deep Silver.

Game director Yu Suzuki had a plan to create franchise when he was making original Shenmue and even worked parts of Shenmue II. Both of these action-adventure titles failed commercially but after almost two decades later, they are being re-released as high-definition ports due to fan demand. The fate of Shenmue III seemed to be uncertain for a long time and now, finally we have a release date for the game, which is set for August 27, 2019 when it is going to release on PC and PlayStation 4.

Suzuki initially started a Kickstarter campaign to crowdfund his game from his company Ys Net during E3 2015 press conference and it managed to sum up $2 million in first eight hours, setting a record. The studio decided to launch the game in December 2017 but when failed, the game has been rescheduled and pushed to 2019. Since it has been delayed for too long, developers will now focus on to polish the game further to make it as good as possible and maintain standards for loyal fans.

Saints Row: The Third Coming to Nintendo Switch

Deep Silver has announced the arrival of Saints Row: The Third to Nintendo Switch in a surprise announcement.

Developer Volition did a great job when they created open world action-adventure series of Saints Row games and one of the great titles from the franchise, Saints Row: The Third is now coming to Nintendo Switch. This may seem pretty random as the game did made a fan-following but it wasn't large enough for this third-party title to make its way into today's console sensation. We may end up witnessing an official reveal for the next game from the series later this week.

This is just announced today on Twitter by publisher Deep Silver but we are busy wondering why go back to the third game instead of Saints Row IV, which by the way is a greater sequel than the one that is headed to Nintendo's next gen console. Perhaps the limited technological capability of Switch is unable to carry out the greatness into the handheld or maybe they have a greater strategy of bringing that one next and start their journey to port with The Third. Only time can tell.

The publisher however, did not mention a possible release date or whether it is coming this year or not at all. The Tweet that made the announcement did say about more info to be revealed with a hashtag of Gamescom though. Gamescom 2018 has just started, so we may hear something more about it in the next few days. Whatever the reasons are for Volition's critically-acclaimed title to set a debut on Switch, we bet its great news for the fans of Nintendo console owners.

Catherine: Full Body E3 2018 Trailer

Causing controversy with reveal trailer, Catherine: Full Body E3 2018 trailer seems to have ‘matured’.

Raising eyebrows and questions back in December 2017 upon an announcement for a remake of 2011's puzzle platformer adventure title Catherine, Atlus and Studio Zero has been quiet for some time for their upcoming game Catherine: Full Body for PlayStation 4 and PlayStation Vita. E3 2018 brought us so many new reveal of exciting titles from various big-name developers and publishers, which was no exception for Atlus as well and a latest trailer is released for the remake lately.

RELATED: Catherine: Full Body Announced for PlayStation 4

Since we are way past initial tease, the new E3 trailer focuses more on the story and less on the naughtiness. Still there is some as it is one of the base aspects of this game.

RELATED: Catherine: Full Body Reveals New Catherine

When Full Body was announced and players saw the reveal, everyone learned that there is a third "Catherine" and judged by all the in-game hints came to the conclusion that she is a trans-woman. Although she is not the only trans character in the game, it quickly sparked a lot of criticism from fans and critics. However, Atlus did not clarify that by releasing any official comment and lets it remain as a mystery to find out later. Fortunately, this trailer moves past Rin’s identity.

RELATED: Catherine: Full Body First Trailer

Already caught in dilemma of having Catherine and Katherine in his life, Vincent Brooks is torn with his feelings and moral decision, where most of the focus of the whole footage was. The love triangle he was tangled in has now become a square now that pianist Rin from the Stray Sheep bar has also fallen for him and it is getting harder keeping track of all these affairs. Then there is characterized sheep, conspiracy, murder, nightmare realm creating a complex puzzle around his life.

Taking note from past backlash, Atlus tactfully avoids the entire topic and tries to intrigue us to this adult adventure by giving glimpses at other features. We think, if there is a twist regarding Rin’s character, it may turn out interesting. The other trans-woman is waitress Erica Anderson from Stray Sheep, where Vincent hangs out with his friends very often. Catherine: Full Body will be released on 2019 America and Europe but we are still missing a specific date.
