This week, Epic Games Store is offering PC version of Costume Quest and SOMA for free giveaway.

This year, Halloween came when Epic Games Store was already giving out free PC games to players. One of the two titles from this week belongs to survival horror genre while the other one is an adventure game for young audience.

In spirit of festive season, Epic Games invites you to get both Costume Quest and SOMA for free anytime before November 7, 7:59 AM PT/10:59 AM EDT. Once you claim these titles to add to your collection, they are yours to keep forever.

Set in an underwater research facility, SOMA is a psychological horror adventure on a premise of 2104 by developer/publisher Frictional Games with sci-fi undertone and its protagonist wakes up to discover all sorts of weird mysteries.

Hailing from developer/publisher Double Fine Productions, party-based role-playing game Costume Quest sends players trick-or-treating with sibling of their character who will need rescuing upon being kidnapped by a monster.

Both of these above-mentioned titles are a good pick to celebrate Halloween since one of them has a spooky backdrop as plotline to match its theme and another one literally sends player on a ritual custom during eve of celebration.

Epic Store announced indie super-hit roguelike top-down shooter title Nuclear Throne by Vlambeer and cyberpunk shooter game RUINER from Reikon Games to offer in their free giveaway next week on November 7, 2019.

Everything and Metro 2033: Redux Free on Epic Games Store Now

This week on Epic Games Store free game giveaway, Everything and Metro 2033: Redux are available now for PC platform.

In celebration of 80th anniversary of annual Batman Day, Epic Games have really outdid themselves in terms of their free game giveaway by offering two video game bundles; Batman: Arkham Collection and LEGO Batman Trilogy.

Even on this week, their digital distribution storefront Epic Games Store is offering free copies of two new games; Everything and Metro 2033: Redux for players to claim and own anytime before October 3, 7:59 AM PT/10:59 AM EDT.

Awarded as "Best Indie Game" back last year in Golden Joystick Awards and some more by several other media outlet, Everything is a simulation game by developer David OReilly and publisher Double Fine Productions.

Players control many objects from a procedurally generated universe one at a time and can shift to occupy other creatures or objects smaller than the one they are onto now through exploration in a single-player experience.

Marking a stepping stone for a series of first-person shooter survival horror games based on post-apocalyptic novel by author Dmitry Glukhovsky, Metro 2033 was released back in 2010 by developer 4A Games and publisher Deep Silver.

You play as survivor character Artyom in a dystopian Moscow following a nuclear war, who is trying his best to save his peers while fighting mutated animals on its irradiated wasteland in between running war among various fractions.

EGS had to add award-winning title Everything since Metro 2033: Redux had a rating for sixteen year olds and is very much likely to be barred access for young players who have in-store feature Parental Controls activated on their account.

For next giveaway, Epic Store has announced to offer PC version of indie puzzle adventure Minit from publisher Devolver Digital, which is a collaboration project of developers Dominik Johann, Jan Willem Nijman, Jukio Kallio and Kitty Calis.

After offering two free games for last two weeks, Epic Games comes with a single freebie offering this week. Today, 3D puzzle-adventure game GNOG from developer Ko-Op and publisher Double Fine goes free on Epic Games Store.
