Classic Valve Titles are Backwards Compatible and Xbox One X Enhanced

Classic Valve Titles from Xbox 360 platform are now Xbox One X enhanced and backward compatible.

Fans of classic titles from developer/publisher Valve Corporation have been yearning for so long to get a sequel for their favorite games from old days for too long but at this moment they are busy with projects like Artifact and In the Valley of Gods.

However, some of those notable fan-favorite classics from Xbox 360 era are returning to modern day Xbox One console with astounding 4K enhancements for Xbox One X, courtesy of the backward compatibility feature of the Microsoft gaming platform.

An anthology collection Half-Life 2: The Orange Box, Left 4 Dead, Left 4 Dead 2 and Portal: Still Alive have been added to a list of enhanced games for Xbox One X along with 17 other that has been updated for the platform to run at higher resolution.

Now you can revisit and enjoy these old games once again at 9X the original pixel from existing assets. Other remarkable Xbox 360 enhanced titles includes the likes of Red Dead Redemption and Skate 3, which makes the list a total of 21.

Very recently, the backward catalog of games have added Metal Gear Solid 2: Sons of Liberty, Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater and the entire Crysis trilogy. Back in August, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 joined the race and early releases from the Assassin's Creed series before that.

If Microsoft is giving Sony a fight with anything in terms of releasing exclusive games, then it is their backward compatibility feature of Xbox One. Because of their unique program, players are now able to take a trip back to memory lane with many of their favorite game.

PlayStation Now Adds Elder Scrolls Online and Sniper Elite 4

Sony's game-streaming service now offers The Elder Scrolls Online and Sniper Elite 4 along with more than 200 games.

Last month, Sony Entertainment's cloud-based gaming service PlayStation Now made a comeback with fan-favorite action RPG Bloodborne and earlier, they added game download feature for PlayStation 4 games for their monthly subscribers.

In October, 10 more new titles for PS4 are added including the likes of massively multiplayer online role-playing game Elder Scrolls Online and third-person tactical stealth shooter Sniper Elite 4, making it a total collection of more than 220 games so far.

Award-winning MMORPG title Elder Scrolls Online from Bethesda Softworks follows an ever-expanding story takes the lead of the newly added PS Now games. This base version of ESO is also compatible with all available expansions and add-on DLC, which are sold separately.

The game takes place before TES V: Skyrim, TES IV: Oblivion and TES III: Morrowind in chronological order. You will be never out of adventure or social experiences as you continue to play to create your own legacy with constant progress.

PlayStation Now Adds Bloodborne and More

Sony's game-streaming service PlayStation Now library adds Bloodborne, God Eater: Resurrection and Project Cars.

Featuring a vast library of more than 650 video games from PlayStation 2, PlayStation 3 and PlayStation 4 platforms, Sony Entertainment's cloud gaming service PlayStation Now returns with new and exciting titles added to their list.

This month, acclaimed action RPG Bloodborne from creator studio of Demon’s Souls and Dark Souls, From Software joins the catalogue with other fan-favorite games like, fantasy role-playing game The Dwarves and action RPG God Eater: Resurrection.
