Even though it doesn't fall into the same stereotype of every other fighting games out there, Nintendo’s Super Smash Bros. is undoubtedly one of the most popular of them all. The game was originally released for Nintendo 64 back in 1999. For the first time, the title assembled fan-favorite characters like Donkey Kong, Kirby, Mario, Link from Legend of Zelda, Pikachu from Pokemon and Yoshi from various Nintendo games. Even though the source of this reported rumor is unofficial but the admins of ResetEra forums have a track record of having inside knowledge of many events of the industry in the past. Then again, it makes sense because Nintendo Switch has been an amazing success in the market and Super Smash Bros. has accomplishments like being the fast-selling Wii U game by beating Mario Kart 8 under its belt. So, making an enhanced Switch port for the game only makes sense.

Darksiders Remastered Still On for Wii U

With the ever-growing market competition of gaming consoles, Nintendo’s Wii U is getting their butt handed to them by Xbox and PlayStation for a long time. With that on their tail already, the news announcement of Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild being the last game on Wii U really pretty much seals the deal for it. It is safe to assume that major developers are not going to spend their time making a Wii U version of their game anymore. However, there is still a bit of hope left for the console, which is coming in the form of Darksiders Warmastered Edition.

Darksiders Remastered for Wii U

THQ's third-person action-adventure game Darksiders (2010) became a major deal among the games when it came out and now, publisher THQ Nordic has officially confirmed that they are indeed developing a Wii U version of Darksiders Warmastered Edition, which will be available on the stores from May 23rd, 2017. So, that's only one more month worth of waiting and this Warmastered Edition for Wii U can be yours for only $19.99.

Running on 1080p display on 60 FPS, Darksiders Warmastered Edition has first landed on November 2016 for PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. The Nintendo console however was lagged behind on their priority list and now that their turn has come, Wii U owners will have to suffice with 30 frames per second. The remaster of the sequel; Darksiders II: Deathinitive Edition was developed by Gunfire Games and looks like, that may never see the light on Nintendo’s Wii U.

Nintendo Switch Launch Decreases Porn Traffic

A sudden decrease in watching porn is caused by the release of Nintendo Switch and Breath of the Wild.

Renowned video game company Nintendo has released their seventh major gaming console Nintendo Switch and a brand-new action-adventure title Breath of the Wild from the Legend of Zelda series for the newly introduced platform and Wii U on the same day, last week.

Aside from being heavily praised worldwide by players and garnering acclaim from critics online, the console and game have accomplished another near-impossible feat; stopping people from watching porn.

Recently, one of the most visited free pornographic video sharing sites on the internet, YouPorn has shared their anonymous analytical data claiming that they experienced a sudden drop in their traffic fell to 17%.

It is quite regular for consumption rates to drop below average when a new movie or new season of popular TV shows premier but the impact upon Switch release was far beyond than anything they have ever seen before. This was the lowest traffic weekend of the month.

However, the release of the game sees an increase of searches for topics like "Zelda Breath of the Wild" and "Link" to a whopping 164% the same crazy weekend. Other search includes "Zelda" and is increased to a 102% at the same time.

More Nintendo related search term sees a 24% rise for Mario, 16% for Princess Peach and Bowser went up to a 23%, which is pretty disturbing and weird at the same time. Good thing is that, gamers really love to play rather than watching porn.
