Crash Team Racing Nitro-Fueled Adds Firehawk DLC Kart

Teaming up with Call of Duty Endowment, Crash Team Racing Nitro-Fueled adds special kart Firehawk for a good cause.

In a latest addition to limited time Grand Prix event, Spyro N. Friends has joined kart racing game Crash Team Racing Nitro-Fueled and some more challenges are revving up for upcoming Spooky Grand Prix, going live today.

CTR: Nitro-Fueled has also added a special paid DLC kart Firehawk and as part of their association with Call of Duty Endowment program, all of its proceedings will be donated to support veterans in getting high-quality civilian jobs.

Modeled after a classic military plane, Firehawk is basically a hover kart or the very first plane of CTR. Fashioning in dark green paint job, this fancy vehicle bears a classic WWII-era look with CoD Endowment logo printed on its tail.

Anyone who already has Aviator Crash skin can get a perfect match with Firehawk to hit the tracks. Those who are interested to purchase this ride should hurry as the kart will only be available it generates $1 million from sales.

Spyro Joins Crash Team Racing Nitro-Fueled Grand Prix

Spyro the dragon meets Crash Bandicoot in latest Grand Prix event for Crash Team Racing Nitro-Fueled.

Earlier in June 2019, beloved kart racing game Crash Team Racing Nitro-Fueled was brought over to Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One by developer Beenox and publisher Activision as a remaster to Crash Team Racing.

During launch, CTR: Nitro-Fueled has announced to bring limited time Grand Prix events with a roadmap. For its latest season of themed content, Spyro N. Friends joins today, August 30 and will run until September 29, 2019.

Sharing deep root in PlayStation past, Spyro the Dragon hails from classic platformer series Spyro from late 90's just like Crash. Both of them can now have a chance to take on each other in a legendary crossover on racing tracks.

More new characters will join this latest Grand Prix season as usual alongside new items and karts. Spyro will be showing up on opening menu screen and Grand Prix cinematic for entirety of this season and some friends will join too.

Hunter and Gnasty Gnorc will be accompanying Spyro throughout this tour as unlockable playable characters. Their arrival will include whacky new karts like Spyromobile and Gnasty Ride that totally matches their persona.

On top of these basic offerings, players can unlock new decals, paint jobs and stickers to personalize their karts. Also, you can choose from loads of old and new character-specific skins such as Dark Spyro and Gnome Velo.

Another new addition of this season is themed track Spyro Circuit that is inspired by long legacy of the purple dragon. Some items have gone through cosmetic makeover like power-up crates becoming chests and wumpa fruit as gems.

Magical portals from Spyro series have served as an idea for travelling to different places through magic castles and there are more than one that can heat-up some intense racing competition among many players.

Crash Team Racing Nitro-Fueled Out Now

Kart racing game Crash Team Racing Nitro-Fueled from Beenox and Activision is now available on Nintendo Switch, PS4 and Xbox One.

An original PlayStation classic kart racing game from 1999 by developer Naughty Dog and publisher Sony Entertainment, Crash Team Racing Remastered releases today on Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.

In an attempt to launch on modern-day gaming platforms, developer Beenox and publisher Activision has completely reworked the game from ground up titled as Crash Team Racing Nitro-Fueled to celebrate its 20th anniversary.

CTR is back in all-new glory of HD makeover including 18 tracks with 13 additional ones to go crazy on road. Fan-favorite Adventure, Arcade, Battle and Time Trial modes are all back to keep its core experience intact for fans and newcomers.

Aside from Crash Bandicoot and his sister Coco, a total of 15 playable characters are there and ready to race. Although some of them are immediately accessible at start, others will be unlocked once you play through Adventure Mode.

Crash Team Racing Remastered Adventure Mode Revealed

Adventure mode for upcoming kart racing game Crash Team Racing Nitro-Fueled has been revealed recently.

Announced back in December 2018, popular kart racing game Crash Team Racing is getting remastered by developer Beenox and publisher Activision to arrive on June 21, 2019, for Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.

Crash Bandicoot and his friends return for an exhilarating adventure to save the planet once again. Aside from adding customization features, developers are bringing its campaign mode to reintroduce as Adventure Mode in CTR: Nitro-Fueled.

Customization feature is coming to kart racing game Crash Team Racing Nitro-Fueled for carts and characters.

Seeing an impressive success upon releasing Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy, a bundle of remastered games from Crash Bandicoot series in recent years, publisher Activision set their sight on Crash Team Racing as their next project.

Originally developed by Naughty Dog, the popular kart racing game is now titled Crash Team Racing Nitro-Fueled and being entirely reworked by Beenox, who are introducing cart and character customization in CTR for the first time.

Mario Kart Tour Delayed to Summer 2019

Nintendo has delayed their upcoming mobile game Mario Kart Tour to summer 2019 in order to improve its quality.

Even Nintendo has finally given in to the irresistible charm of mobile gaming when they announced Mario Kart Tour for mobile devices and shifted focus developing new titles for the platform considering its ever growing market.

Without much details related to the game to discuss, we had a release window targeted for April 2019 back then and now, Nintendo has reportedly delayed the game and pushed back to summer 2019 until any further official notice.

Crash Team Racing Remastered Announced

Coming back in 2019 for its 20th anniversary, PlayStation Classic kart racer Crash Team Racing is getting remastered.

After seeing the immense success of Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy, Sony decided to bring more popular titles from the classic era and give them a remaster treatment. This time they picked popular kart racing game Crash Team Racing from 1999.

Originally developed by Naughty Dog and published by Sony Entertainment, the remastered version of the game is being reworked by Beenox and Activision following their successful previous endeavor and will release on 2019 as Crash Team Racing Nitro-Fueled.

Mario Kart 8 Deluxe: Breath of the Wild Free DLC

Nintendo added Link from The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild in a free DLC for Mario Kart 8 Deluxe.

Original kart racing game Mario Kart 8 was released back in 2014 for Wii U by Nintendo and it received an enhanced port for Nintendo Switch as Mario Kart 8 Deluxe in 2017.

A free update is released today for the game, which adds a fan-favorite character Link; the protagonist from Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, wearing his Champion’s Tunic. The iconic hero will be joining the race with various characters from Mario universe while sporting a new, polished look.
