Currently available to download on Switch, PS4 and Xbox One, the demo allows you a single level to explore, which is the pyramid stage you have seen so many times in promo videos and it will lead you to a final face-off against robot master Block Man.

He is apparently a small robot made of blocks who typically uses his ability to drop blocks on his opponents; in this particular case, on Mega Man. A power gear installed within him can transform him to massive size and immense strength.

The other part of the trailer focused on robot master Bounce Man rampaging on the Boing-Boing Park and other debutante robot bosses who will appear for the first time in this game. Being a former exercise instructor, he swings and bounces around to cause trouble to everyone's favorite blue bomber as highlighted in the gameplay from the released video.

Then there are Blast Man, Fuse Man Impact Man and Torch Man to spice things up on various stages throughout the game.

Also, the demo will give players some in-game content to use later in the main game, if enough number of players is able to defeat Block Man before it releases next month. To get an exclusive alternate track for Mega Man 11, pre-order now.

You can enjoy three difficulties modes in the demo and the engaging gameplay will definitely attract newcomers and season veterans of the series to the title. Capcom did not release a Windows PC version of the demo for some unknown reason.

The listing was soon removed by Sony from all of their PSN stores. Capcom decided to come clear about all confusion and announced the game is releasing on October 2, 2018 worldwide for Nintendo Switch, PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.

This is why a mainline entry of the franchise has players this much excited and it looks just as promising as it sounds. Launched in 2010, Mega Man 10 was able to garner critical acclaim and looks like the upcoming release is going to repeat the same history this year.

Mega Man 11 Release Date Leaked

During the 30-year anniversary of Capcom's beloved Blue Bomber Mega Man, the company announced the return of their hero with Mega Man 11 last year. The game was about to release later some time in 2018 on Nintendo Switch, PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. However, it seems that before the developer/publisher could make an official announcement on a release date or show us some trailer at E3, a screenshot from PS4 system has leaked the date for all.

Apparently, ahead of all declarations, Mega Man 11 was already being listed in PlayStation Store and it was posted on Twitter with a snapshot. Then Twitter user @Wario64 shared that Tweet with full description of the game as well. Obviously, Sony had to interfere and remove the listing from their server for now but it was too late as the cat is already out of the bag.

According to the leaked screenshot, worldwide release date of Mega Man 11 was set for October 3, 2018. Only a month ago, Mega Man X Legacy Collection 1 and 2 featuring all eight games from Mega Man X series was announced in celebration of their 30 years' anniversary. So, it was really exciting for us to know when we can expect the game to come out, because it's been so long since the last title from the series was dropped and we seriously cannot wait any longer at this point.

Mega Man is arguably one of Capcom's most popular and longest running series as well as the hero, who also goes by the name Rock Man in Japan. After making his debut on Famicom and NES system in 1987, the franchise has rolled over to many other platforms and spawning many sequels. An interesting clue from the description image was the mention of a “Double Gear system”, meaning they are probably planning to tweak some new gameplay mechanics as well.

For now, we can rely on @Wario64's Tweet as it was a direct screenshot from PSN store and not some hidden clue. Besides, he occasionally does reveal great news on video games and related media. Last time we checked, he even posted an animated GIF version of leaked teaser for RAGE 2 weeks ago. All we need now is a confirmation from Capcom soon to hold onto that date.

What we were able to gather was that while the game will resemble to the predecessors of the series in looks, it will be modernized and a noticeable change in art style will be there. Our hero, Mega Man's appearance might even slightly change and he will have a new weapon as well. In this way, the game is re-invented and fans from both older and newer generation can enjoy it at the same time.
