Daedalic Entertainment officially announces a Nintendo Switch port for upcoming title Lord of The Rings: Gollum.

To create an ultimate Gollum game, developer/publisher Daedalic Entertainment revealed working on stealth action-adventure game Lord of The Rings: Gollum last year, based on epic high-fantasy universe created by J.R.R Tolkien.

In a recent discussion at Future Games Show, project manager Saide Haberstroh gives a brief detal of LoTR: Gollum gameplay features. Aside from environmental puzzles, players will face some climbing challenges and parkour action.

During a developer video presentation, Haberstroh said that titular protagonist Gollum is a creepy creature who doesn't fight like a conventional warrior character and will have to heavily rely on tactical stealth for any given encounter.

Daedalic attempts to explore Gollum's inner conflict via a dialogue mini-game where players are tasked to select different voice lines that would either relate to his twisted side or Sméagol persona for his dominant character attribute.

Lord of The Rings: Gollum will take players to visit various known Middle-earth locations like Mount Doom and Rivendell countryside and takes place between events of The Hobbit and The Lord of The Rings movie trilogy in Tolkien canon.
