Assassin's Creed Valhalla Made $1 Billion Revenue Since Launch

Debuted back in late 2020, open-world action role-playing game Assassin's Creed Valhalla by developer/publisher Ubisoft was positively received by fans and critics alike while having the biggest launch throughout its franchise history.

AC Valhalla continues to be a best-selling game since release and broke multiple sales records globally. A latest investor report claims that Valhalla has earned over $1 billion in revenue and thus, becoming highest-earning game in series.

During a recent investors earnings meeting, Ubisoft CEO Yves Guillemot has revealed that AC Valhalla has crossed $1 billion in revenue by December 2021, which is a first for any game in Assassin's Creed series history up until this day.

Valhalla has been very successful over Assassin's Creed Odyssey and received best support in terms of post-launch content. Ubisoft has added new challenges, cosmetics, seasonal events, festivals and lot more aside from a Season Pass.

Renewed for a second year of post-launch support, AC Valhalla has received a crossover DLC story with AC Odyssey earlier. Upcoming third DLC expansion, Dawn of Ragnarök is currently scheduled to release shortly on March 10, 2022.

Assassin's Creed Valhalla is likely to grow with Dawn of Ragnarök and possible future content. According to an early Bloomberg report, Ubisoft is already working on a new Assassin's Creed game featuring master assassin Basim Ibn Ishaq.
