Announced during Xbox & Bethesda Games Showcase 2021 event, upcoming vampire-themed shooter Redfall by developer Arkane Studios revealed a first-look ahead of a teaser for highly-anticipated sci-fi role-playing game Starfield.

Arkane Austin didn't offer any updates afterwards but Starfield regularly shared their ongoing development progress in following months. Although originally set to release on 2022, both of these titles are getting delayed to early 2023.

In a latest statement on social media, publisher Bethesda Softworks confirms that both Redfall and Starfield has been moved to first half of 2023 since developers need more time to work on them to offer better, much polished versions.

Bethesda thanked everyone for their support and hints at new gameplay reveal during Xbox & Bethesda Games Showcase 2022. Both studios working on Redfall and Starfield have some big ambitions for their titles and need more time.
