With both Early Access and Open Beta versions are currently ongoing, Season 1 of 2022 free-to-play crossover platform fighter game MultiVersus by developer Player First Games is scheduled to release across all platforms on August 9, 2022.

As players around the world are enjoying Open Beta test, they are looking forward to upcoming MultiVersus Season 1. Ahead of its launch next week, dev team has revealed that S1 Battle Pass will feature 50 tiers and costs around $10/£8 only.

In a latest social media interaction with fans, MultiVersus game director Tony Huynh confirmed price and size of Season 1 Battle Pass. A player was curious about its details, as they were trying to calculate how much is needed for a Battle Pass.

Players can either earn gold coins through regular playthrough or can get Gleamium, which can only be purchased from online stores. MultiVersus currently offers Gleamium in four packs and it costs you $9.99 only for a 1,000 Gleamium pack.

While we are still on Open Beta, a pre-season Fighter's Pass takes 300 Gleamium to unlock and it has lesser content. Fans who participated in Closed Technical Alpha also had 50 tiers and dev team has yet to reveal how long Season 1 will take.

MultiVersus update will buff Wonder Woman and nerf Taz's spin move after EVO 2022, possibly after August 7, 2022. It will take players at least $250 to unlock everything in-game now but you can also earn rewards to access high tier content.
