Before bonding with the alien symbiote that transformed into Venom, journalist Eddie Brock is a part-time Spider-Man villain and a full-time Anti-Hero. Venom was first introduced in the franchise on the first game of the series; Marvel vs. Capcom and retains almost all of his basic moves for MvC: Infinite character DLC. The character was already pretty fearsome back then and with new tweaks added, he is more dangerous than ever.

Bucky Barnes was a young soldier back in World War II, who served as the sidekick for Captain America, who was thought dead and was turned into a deadly assassin called the Winter Soldier by the enemy. Marvel Vs. Capcom: Infinite New Gameplay Trailer

It's been nearly five years since the last installment of Marvel Vs. Capcom was released. Now we have MvC: Infinite oncoming in 2017 and it is the talk of the town again. Just a few days after they dropped a Story-Mode Trailer, Capcom has released another gameplay trailer for upcoming Marvel vs. Capcom: Infinite. This one is more focused on the fight-scene rather than any story or whatsoever.

Marvel Vs. Capcom: Infinite Ultron

Watch the action-packed co-op battle of the heroes and villains from two universe that are about to collide.

The trailer shows Chun-Li and Hulk pitted against the duo of Thor and Strider Hiryu, both sides going full-on with their specific sets of moves. As the former team unleashes their combo moves on the latter, the scenario is quickly reversed. Within the next few seconds, Thor and Ultron join forces and the villainous android possessing an Infinity Stone decides to be playful.

The demonstration for the Space Infinity Stone by Ultron is some sight to behold with true amazement as the game developers were being really creative about the Stone's power. However, even if it was just a playful demo, unleashing all those near-limitless raw-power on a mere mortal hero like Hawkeye seemed like an overkill.

Available in three different variety of Standard, Deluxe and Collector’s Edition, offering all the cool bonuses, Marvel vs. Capcom: Infinite will be releasing on September 19, 2017 for Windows PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.

Marvel Video Games Will Create Original Stories

Since the beginning of the Marvel Cinematic Universe with the release of live-action Iron Man film in 2008, Marvel has always tried and carefully maintained the stories and characters' tie to each other. Whether it is the blockbuster superhero movies like The Avengers or the super-hit Netflix shows like Daredevil, Jessica Jones, Luke Cage and Iron Fist, they kept that chain intact and literally “It’s all connected”.

Recently, at the 2017 DICE Summit, Marvel Games' Creative Director Bill Rosemann has opened up about their latest gaming ventures. He revealed that Telltale’s Guardians of the Galaxy or Insomniac Games’ Spider-Man video games wouldn't be tied to any recent storylines. In fact, they will stand out to the fans with their original plotlines. The developers are given the freedom of choosing elements from all of Marvel history and choose what suits with their project at hand. Hopefully, that will give us some great, brand-new adventures to live on.

Marvel Video Games Original Stories

Currently, there are at least four confirmed video game projects in the works with Marvel Games; Spider-Man, Guardians of the Galaxy: The Telltale Series, Marvel Vs. Capcom: Infinite and Square Enix’s The Avengers for now. There might also be a few more on the pipeline that gamers will see in the upcoming years.

People who have seen the Guardians of the Galaxy film will be able to relate to The Telltale Series of game adaptations as they play. Rosemann reassures that, considering the audience for the games, they have decided to follow this motto. However, the production of these projects will not be rushed on the developers to forcibly try and fit the story to the timeline of their movie counterparts.
