Marvel Vs. Capcom: Infinite New Gameplay Trailer

It's been nearly five years since the last installment of Marvel Vs. Capcom series was released. Now we have MvC: Infinite oncoming in 2017 and it is the talk of the town again. Just a few days after they dropped a story-mode trailer, Capcom has released another gameplay trailer for upcoming Marvel vs. Capcom: Infinite. This one is more focused on the fight-scene rather than any story or whatsoever.

Watch the action-packed co-op battle of the heroes and villains from two universe that are about to collide in this brand-new gameplay trailer of Marvel Vs. Capcom: Infinite below.

The trailer shows Chun-Li and Hulk are pitted against the duo of Thor and Strider Hiryu, both sides going full-on with their specific sets of moves. As the former team unleashes their combo moves on the latter, the scenario is quickly reversed. Within the next few seconds, Thor and Ultron join forces and the villainous android possessing an Infinity Stone decides to be playful with the existence of all lives as always.

The demonstration for the Space Stone by Ultron is some sight to behold with true amazement as the game developers were being really creative about the Stone's power. Even if it was just a demo, unleashing all those near-limitless raw-power on a mere mortal hero like Hawkeye seemed like overkill. Although, the franchise developed the Marvel Universe aspects based on comic-book themes but since they are calling the Infinity Gems as Stones like the movies, it shows that the game is adapting to a broader source of inspiration.
