PlayStation Plus Free Games For December 2017

Many of the PlayStation Plus members were a bit bored with the previous lineup of November 2017 was a bit dull compared to the past few months of games. We agree too. Perhaps Sony realizes this and planned a series of action-packed games for the free PS Plus games lineup for December to keep you going all month.

Since we already told you that December 2017 promises you an action-packed gaming experience it would be only fair if you can get your hands on a game like Darksiders II Deathinitive Edition. The next big thing on the list is Kung Fu Panda: Showdown of Legendary Legends. Below is a clip to give you guys a good look at what's packing for the upcoming month.




Before we go deep with it, let's take a quick glance at the additional lineup for December 2017 free games on PlayStation Plus.

The very first game that the PlayStation Plus members as they were given free access to is Darksiders II Deathinitive Edition. You play as one of the legendary Four Horsemen; Death and as he is the most feared among them all, you will go on a journey of hacking and slashing your enemies in an apocalyptic world. Plus, graphics has been updated and you are getting all the DLC included with the game.

The next game in the line is Kung Fu Panda: Showdown of Legendary Legends. You can enter and explore the Kung Fu Panda universe with legendary dragon warrior Po and his friends, the "Furious Five". This game belongs to the fighting game genre, so it got action, some light vibe of comedy and it would be a perfect game to enjoy with your friends and family during this holiday season.




Now, we got a friendly reminder for all the PlayStation Plus members out there that there is also a bonus PlayStation VR game for you, which is Until Dawn: Rush of Blood. This survival horror arcade shooter is still available and will be till January 2 in U.S., Canada and Latin America only you have a PS Plus subscription. In VR, as you blast through a horde of scary enemies, they are also about to get you at times for sure. So, if you still haven't already, then download it right now.




PlayStation Plus subscribers have one more dig at an upcoming release which is Monster Hunter: World. Being fifth installment of the series, the game is scheduled for a 2018 release but with your PlayStation Plus membership you can easily access the right to hunt December 9 to December 12.

You can also get a grab at Smite PlayStation Plus Pack consisting 20 Gods, 31 Skins and Voice Packs absolutely FREE from December 12 to January 9! Hope that was enough to make up for November lineup and will keep you going for the year till 2018. So, keep playing!

Rainbow Six Siege: Operation White Noise and Free Weekend

Ubisoft has been updating their tactical shooter video game Rainbow Six Siege for two years now through expansions and a lot of in-game tweaks. So, the game is definitely better now than it ever was. If you are among one of the eager players who wanted to try out the game for long then Ubisoft has an offer for you that you cannot refuse. An announcement has been made for a limited time Rainbow Six Siege free weekend.

The free to play weekend is open for PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, starting from November 16 and will end on November 19. You can access the free weekend through Steam and Uplay on PC, PlayStation 4 owners will need their PlayStation Plus subscription and Xbox Live Gold membership is required to play it on Xbox One.




For the period of this limited time free weekend on Rainbow Six Siege, you can get your hands on every maps and modes that the standard edition of the game will let you. Then just like always, if you like the experience, you have the chance to pick up the full game for a whopping 60% off the price. Plus, every progress you made throughout the game will be carried to the main game once you made the purchase. Now, isn't that a sweet deal?

All the Operators that are added in Operation White Noise will be unlocked to you during launch if you have the Season Pass.

Overwatch Free Weekend Is Coming

Like many other big-shot studios in the gaming industries, Blizzard Entertainment has also realizes the necessity to explore the fever of free weekend and they are throwing us a free weekend for Overwatch. Yes, you can now enjoy this team-based multiplayer online first-person shooter from Blizzard for free later this month in a free weekend from the developers.

Overwatch Free Weekend Is Coming

All you need to enter the world of Overwatch is a PC, PlayStation 4 or Xbox One on the free weekend. Players will find a trial version to download on their respective console systems. Also, you will be needing either the PlayStation Plus or Xbox Live Gold subscriptions to play on PlayStation 4 or Xbox One. Those who wishes to play the game on PC on free weekend will need to download the Blizzard's Battle.net app from battle.net

Under this free weekend initiative, you will be allowed to test out all 26 playable characters of Overwatch, as well as explore the 16 existing maps. Arcade, Custom Games, Loot Boxes and Quick Play are all open to take part in. Competitive games however, are off limits for now. Finally, all the progress you have made during the free weekend period will be carried over to the main game if you choose to purchase the game in the end.

Overwatch’s free weekend will officially start on Friday, November 17 at 11 a.m. PT and will end Monday, November 20 at 11:59 p.m. PT. PlayStation Plus Free Games For November 2017

The month of October 2017 was full of action and horror for the PlayStation Plus members as they were given free access to games like Metal Gear Solid V: Phantom Pain and Amnesia: Collection. Then there were titles like Hue, Hustle Kings, Monster Jam Battlegrounds and Sky Force Anniversary. If you have enough of your fun for October, then it's time we march towards the bundle for November 2017.

Needless to say, just like every other month of the year, this month we get to treat ourselves with a little bit of strategy and art, or platform if you prefer. What we meant to say is that you get to play Worms Battlegrounds and Bound on November 2017, for your PlayStation Plus subscription. Also, get into the multiplayer mode for maximum mayhem with your stash of weaponry.

Next up, we have platform based art game Bound from developer studio Plastic. Sony Interactive Entertainment released this one in mid 2016 for PlayStation 4 and PlayStation VR. Bound will take you to the vivid world inside the mind of a woman who is actually reliving memories from her childhood. She is a Princess acting out on her mothers' wishes and looking for a monster to thwart from destroying the world.




Since the PlayStation Nation is celebrating the PS VR anniversary, PlayStation Plus members are getting another treat with a PlayStation VR game which is Until Dawn: Rush of Blood. Members from Canada, majority of Latin America and U.S. can now get their hands on the game from November 7 to January 2. If you think you will enjoy blowing up crazy psychos while going through a horror-themed carnival amusement park in a roller coaster cart, then this one is surely for you.

PlayStation Plus Free Games For October 2017

PlayStation Plus members had quite a ride on the month of September 2017 with games like Handball 2016, Hatoful Boyfriend, inFamous: Second Son, Strike Vector Ex, Truck Racer and We Are Doomed. As PS Plus has a different package to offer every month, we are here with two completely different titles. They are Metal Gear Solid V: Phantom Pain and Amnesia: Collection.

So, we can assume that the month of October brings out the flavor of action-adventure stealth blended with survival horror theme. Before we get to it, let's take a quick glance at the October 2017 lineup for free games on PlayStation Plus.




We have told you this on August, reminded you again in September that the party game That’s You! is still up till October 23, 2017. That means, if you still haven't gave it a try and have fun with the company of your friends and family members, then you have less than one month to do it before it leaves PlayStation Plus. Our first topic today is Metal Gear Solid V: Phantom Pain, which is a continuation of Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes. The game is pretty good just like any other that belongs to the series and you already know it if you have played it whether or not you have a PS Plus membership. Even if you haven't, then this is a perfect opportunity to try this out or if you already have, then you can just re-live those old memories again.

We then move on to the second attraction of our list, which is the Amnesia: Collection. This one got both The Dark Descent and A Machine for Pigs in it. If you are not afraid of the dark, probably this collection is just for you to try on. So, get your socks on to get lost into the darkness of memory and a lot of mess.

Since October marks the one year anniversary for PlayStation VR, the PlayStation Store is in a celebrating mode and they are offering free games and exclusive discounts. To get more details on this, visit PS Store on October 10. Oh, and RIGS Mechanized Combat League is free for all PS Plus members to play till November 7. So, get that for yourself while you can before it is too late.




What else we got for you? Well, unless you are a fan of turn-based-strategy collectible card game we have nothing! On the contrary, if you do, then we may have something left just for you and one more thing; you have to have a PS Plus membership for this one too.

The month of August 2017 was quite a blast for PlayStation Plus members as they get to play both Assassin’s Creed: Freedom Cry and Just Cause 3 in PlayStation Plus Free Games For August 2017. But that was last month. Sony has just revealed the list of free games they have in store for PS Plus, which is mostly full of action-themed games and our topic of discussion here today.

We see that the open-world action-adventure game inFamous: Second Son of 2014 from the series inFamous is on the top of the list. This one is the third installment in the line created by Sucker Punch Productions and was released for PlayStation 4 by Sony. In the fictional city of Seattle, you will take the role of a super-powered individual Delsin Rowe, who is constantly at run from being hunted down.

The next game on the list is a competitive first-person aerial combat game Strike Vector Ex, for a thrilling experience of deadly dogfights in the open sky with your ship. Strike Vector Ex is designed for consoles with new features and upgrades for PS4.

You can experience survival horror video game Dead by Daylight by Behaviour Interactive, from September 15 to 18. Then, if you are feeling interested with the experience it offers, you can enjoy a 30% discount on it until September 22, 2017. Also, don't miss out Neverwinter Plus pack before October 16, containing panther companion, VIP time and even more.

PlayStation Plus subscribers from US and Canada, who owns PlayStation VR are getting an extra bonus! Arena-based first-person shooter RIGS: Mechanized Combat League comes to them as a free bonus game from September 5 onward to November 7. The game is set in 2065 and drives the players to all sorts of intense future sports like combat sports, motorsports, basketball and football.

PlayStation Plus Free Games For August 2017

All the PlayStation Plus subscribers are going to have a blast this upcoming August 2017 as Sony has an exquisite offer for them that they cannot refuse. They have just released the PlayStation Plus free games update for the month of August and the list reeks the scent of revolution all over it. You can still have the free games for July 2017, till the month expires as well.

But the biggest surprise among these all free games is Assassin’s Creed: Freedom Cry and Just Cause 3. Next up, Freedom Cry is based on the follow-up events of Assassin’s Creed: Black Flag, where you take the role of Adewale to guide him to a personal journey to help the exploited.
