Nintendo Acquires Next Level Games

Nintendo is acquiring long-time partner studio Next Level Games, known Canadian developer studio behind Luigi's Mansion series. Nintendo Acquires Next Level Games In a surprising move, Japanese video game company Nintendo has acquired Canadian studio Next Level Games on Tuesday. Together they released games for GameCube , Nintendo 3DS , Wii and Nintendo Switch consoles over the years. Without revealing much detail of their terms, Nintendo released an official statement saying a few owner-directors at Next Level were interested in selling their shares to them and make all of their resources available for future endeavor. The Walking Dead actor Jon Bernthal would be interested to play Little Mac in a possible Punch-Out movie adaptation. After his rise to fame for playing the role of Frank Castle in Netflix web TV series Marvel's The Punisher , actor Jon Bernthal ( Fury , The Walking Dead ) has played a part on tactical shooter game Ghost Recon: Breakpoint from Ubisoft .
