In Battle for Lordaeron, Sylvanas Windrunner unleashed her genocidal fury upon both the Alliance and Horde, which equally scared everyone. As Alliance King Anduin look at their last few remaining soldiers wondering what they did wrong, he is reminded by Genn Greymane that he is doing everything he can to stop the Banshee Queen.

He then goes to the cell where Saurfang is currently kept and asked why he didn't kill Anduin when he had the chance in Lordaeron? The veteran points out that he could kill him now but he wants his old Horde back, which Sylvanas is destroying.

Anduin asks him again why Anduin spared him and to which, the Orc simply states that he thought it would stop her but the Alliance King replies, he can't do it alone. He then left the gate open while his prisoner states at him.

Just like the Horde’s most honorable soldier was previously spared by him for his sense of honor, he spared the Alliance King in hopes that it would probably stop destroying everything that his people stood for throughout ages.

Within the next few months, the newest patch "Tides of Vengeance" will release for World of Warcraft: Battle for Azeroth and players will witness how this new alliance between two honorable leaders changes the tide of battle.

The conflict of interest that has put Saurfang against his ruthless Warchief will surely have some grave ramification in the upcoming battle and maybe even led to something that he has been seeking for so long, if you know what we mean by that!
