Capcom Wants to Revive Old IPs
Following immense success of DMC 5 and Resident Evil 2 Remake, Capcom plans to bring back more classic franchises.
Recent years have been exceptionally great to Japanese video game developer/publisher company Capcom with release of AAA-games like Devil May Cry 5 and Resident Evil 2 Remake, according to financial earnings official report.
For past couple of years, they are making a sort of comeback to scene with several of their old series revival and after having a series of success, Capcom plans on working towards reviving more of their dormant IPs and more remakes.

Capcom has sold over 4.2 million copies of RE2 Remake by March 2019 and that number has most likely has increased. DMC5 on the other hand, shipped 2.1 million copies and thus, successfully reestablished the series among fans.
Reception for classic remake of Resident Evil 2 was so good at E3 2018 that they expressed interest of doing more remakes even before release. In fact, director Kazunori Kadoi hints at a remake of Resident Evil HD Remaster version.

Last year, they released Monster Hunter: World from their popular action role-playing game series that did exceptionally well on PC platform. It largely contributed to overall sales figure and lead to massive expansion titled Iceborne.
Although there are no words on which IP they would love to work on, re-release of Onimusha: Warlords earlier in 2018 clearly indicates that Capcom is definitely open to go far and beyond on their back catalog collection.

Since a large sum of revenue came from digital downloads, some focus will shift to revive more of their legacy collections. Providing extensive support to existing games is also a priority as they helped the company get back on track after long.
For way too long, fans are eagerly waiting to have a revival of action-adventure survival horror series Dino Crisis among other ones. Going after cult classic action RPG hack and slash title Dragon's Dogma could be a good idea for starters.

Currently they have no major releases scheduled for next year so far, except for Mega Man Zero/ZX Legacy Collection that was announced a few months back to launch for current-gen gaming platforms on January 2020.
Capcom most certainly is working on Resident Evil 3 Remake and also confirmed development of Resident Evil 8 following release of Resident Evil 7 but which one among these two titles will come out sooner is yet to be seen.
