Throughout last year, developer/publisher Ubisoft offered a number of great games for free on PC platform to encourage everyone worldwide to self-quarantine amidst an ongoing outbreak of COVID-19 pandemic and staying indoors.

In celebration of Lunar New Year of 2021, Ubisoft has launched Lunar Sale and is giving away a copy of platform-adventure title Assassin's Creed Chronicles: China, which you can claim from Uplay now before February 16, 8:00 AM PT.

AC Chronicles: China takes place during Ming dynasty and focuses on Shao Jun, only remaining member of Chinese Brotherhood. She attempts to fight against a Templar faction led by Zhang Yong to take revenge for her fallen brethren.

Assassin's Creed Chronicles is a sub-series that is different from mainline AC games and adapts to a 2.5D perspective for side-scrolling. In spite of moving away from core gameplay mechanics, there are some elements to use stealth tactics.

All you need is a free Uplay account and a desktop client to start your adventure right away as last Assassin of China in 15th century. Ubisoft is also hosting a major sale on their digital outlet, offering best-selling PC games for up to 80% off.

Assassin's Creed Chronicles: China is first entry in a trilogy of games featuring new protagonists that were introduced by developer Climax Studios in 2015, followed by Assassin's Creed: India and Assassin's Creed: Russia across all platforms.
