The Great Ace Attorney for PC, PS4 and Switch Leaked

Back in November 2020, developer/publisher Capcom reportedly suffered from a ransomware attack that leads to a major data breach, ousting personal information of staffs and a lineup of upcoming games for years gets leaked online.

A recent leak at Taiwanese Ratings Board reveals The Great Ace Attorney Chronicles has been rated for Nintendo Switch, Windows PC and PlayStation 4, hinting at a possible re-release very soon in a single package for Western region.

The Great Ace Attorney: The Adventure of Ryūnosuke Naruhodō was originally released back in 2015 for Nintendo 3DS handheld consoles and a sequel, The Great Ace Attorney 2 came out in 2017; both were launched exclusively in Japan.

The Great Ace Attorney made its debut as a spin-off game for Ace Attorney series and serves as a prequel. Events of both games take place nearing end of 19th century Victorian era, featuring ancestors of many popular franchise characters.

A listing reveals that online-only action role-playing game Genshin Impact is currently on its way to PlayStation 5. Rating for a Switch version of Tales from the Borderlands was also there, which was announced to return to storefronts earlier.

Moreover, ratings for Switch version of stealth-adventure survival horror title Secret Neighbor and off-road simulation game SnowRunner were found there, all without any definitive window of launch and release information or whatsoever.

Great Ace Attorney focuses on Ryūnosuke Naruhodō, who is a forefather of series protagonist Phoenix Wright. Ryūnosuke possesses a strong sense of justice and even works with renowned British detective Sherlock Holmes to solve cases.

Leaks discovered on Taiwanese Ratings Board website often leads to an official announcement after a while. The Great Ace Attorney 1 and 2 both were listed in an early Capcom leak from last year, possibly getting an English localization soon.
