Elder Scrolls Online: Elsweyr Expansion Announced

Dragons are heading to Elder Scrolls Online in Elsweyr expansion as the Season of the Dragon is announced for 2019.

For the last five years, developer ZeniMax Online Studios and publisher Bethesda Softworks has been keeping their massively multiplayer online role-playing title Elder Scrolls Online bigger and more exciting with dangerous new challenges.

The next saga in Tamriel will continue to grow in similar fashion on the upcoming year-long Season of the Dragon story chapter, introducing the mythical fire-breathing creatures alongside the feline race of Khajiit and deadly mercenaries.

Elsweyr takes you to an epic quest that is the third major arc of ESO after it came out in 2014 and it will kick off with Wrathstone DLC dungeon pack before continuing throughout the rest of 2019 with newer dungeon and zone DLC packs.

The adventure will be unlike anything any fans have ever experienced and without tying with other stories into it, the entire chapter will run through in a continuous series of narratives from beginning to the very end.

While checking out the incredible surroundings, you can take part in new challenging group events called Dragon Attacks or get into a 12-player Sunspire trial mode. The scorching deserts and grasslands will be reflecting the ancient culture and history of this realm.

Since Season 8 of the fan-favorite fantasy drama TV series Game of Thrones is returning on 2019, Bethesda is probably trying to mach up the hype among ESO players by bringing in "Season of the Dragon" storyline to make people forget the Fallout 76 debacle. Just sayin'.

On June 4, 2019, Elder Scrolls Online: Elsweyr will be launched on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.  Starting May 20, early access will begin for Mac and PC, because everyone and their allies that would head over to Tamriel will not be from consoles.

Resident Evil 2 "1-Shot" Demo Out Now

The "1-Shot" Demo for Resident Evil 2 is here and you have to survive the Raccoon City experience in a short time.

Over the years, developer/publisher Capcom has remade and re-released many of their survival horror titles from Resident Evil series over to various video game platforms and the latest in the line is the upcoming Resident Evil 2 Remake.

Even though RE2Make is only weeks from release on January 25, 2019 for PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, fans can hardly wait for it. So, a "1-Shot" Demo is offered to players considering that to keep them from falling from the edge of their seats and currently available for everyone.

Have look at how things are going to go once the clock starts ticking after you enter the zombie infested residence of horror.

RELATED: Resident Evil 2 Remake May Have Micro-Transactions

All you have is just thirty minutes to do whatever you want to or can do with the demo and within that in-game time, you can play as many times as you can. As soon as the clock runs out, the demo is over and that's it.

So, you have to pay attention to your actions and keep a watch on your time to maximize your overall experience as a survivor of zombie-apocalypse. Probably, if we offer you a couple of tips that might come in handy to even the odds you face out there.

Scavenge Supplies
It would be wise of you to look around in each room of Raccoon City Police Department to seek out useful items for survival like First Aid Sprays, Green Herbs, and ammunition. Yes, your time is limited but some useful or important stuff can go unnoticed if you just quickly rush through.

The in-game map can be very useful to tell if there is still something within a room that you haven't found out yet. Red rooms are the one that has some object you haven't come across and other discovered items that players didn't pick up will also be highlighted there.

Stay Alive
Though dying will not end the demo and you can continue as much as you like within the set timeframe of half an hour, the clock is not going back anyhow and that is why, you should try to keep your hero character alive and in kicking form.

If you happen to get bit by a zombie and loose health, the amazing Green Herb of Arklay Mountains can restore some of your health and mixing it with Red Herb will do better. However, a First Aid Spray alone can restore your full life even if it is hanging by a thread.

Fight or Evade
Contrary to what you have gone through in the original RE2, zombies are tougher than ever and will not go down easily. They most probably won't stay down even after you shoot them down multiple times. So, try to put a bullet on their head to keep them from coming back.

Since you want your head attached to shoulder and there is a clock ticking already, the wise thing to do is run away from the undeads lurking around to save time and not let them all jump on you at once. Also, look for wooden boards to block windows before they get the drop on you.

Explore the Map
Established after renovating the former art museum, the newly-formed R.P.D. is a mighty big place and it is easy to get confused about where to go when. The best way to make the most of the demo would be to keeping it within the first floor.

Until you meet Lieutenant Marvin Branagh, look for red lights on computer screens and shutter controls to find your way around. Whatever objectives players have at hand it can be sorted out by taking a look at the map in most cases.

Look for Puzzles
The 1998 survival horror classic had a lot of puzzle scattered around for players to solve that involved collecting a bunch of key items from different places and so does the RE2 Remake. Take a moment and have a closer look at whatever you have gathered so far.

In case if you are wondering about time, the demo clock stops when you enter a menu and that takes a pressure off from players to switch and shuffle the stuffs they collected and safely investigate without worrying about clock ticking out anytime soon.

You may not stumble onto Mr. X chasing your tail throughout the R.P.D. building or bumped into the giant Alligator on the sewers but then again, you have the main game coming out within the following two weeks to experience that.

The "1-Shot" Demo is a sure shot win because whether or not you can complete it, an exclusive cinematic trailer with highlights on full game will be shown to you regardless. On that note, you can pre-order Resident Evil 2 for your preferred platform to get bonus DLC pack and additional contents.

Super Smash Bros. Ultimate DLC Fighters Leaked

Details of unannounced DLC fighters of Super Smash Bros. Ultimate are leaked ahead of official announcement.

Crossover fighting game Super Smash Bros. Ultimate from developer Bandai Namco Studios and publisher Nintendo has become the fastest-selling title on Nintendo Switch without any sign to slowing down on sales anytime soon and there is more to come.

Lately, data-miners dug into the source code of the game to find out what seems like new fighters roster, yet to be revealed officially in upcoming DLC. Although what they discovered appears to be some codename, fans were quick to find evidence to speculate on.

SSBU will include five brand-new downloadable fighters that would also be a part of "Fighters Pass". The first one of them was revealed to be Joker from Persona 5 at The Game Awards 2018 and the rest four remained unannounced.

Game director Masahiro Sakurai probably was to announce some of the rest during the next Nintendo Direct but the recent findings already has some strong hint for the identities of the unannounced fighters. Since they are still unconfirmed, we suggest you to take this with a grain of salt.

WARNING: THE FOLLOWING MAY CONTAIN POTENTIAL SPOILERS FOR SUPER SMASH BROS. ULTIMATE.

Data-miner jam1garner has posted three code names of DLC characters found within game codes on Twitter that you can see below.

RELATED: Breath of the Wild Twitch Streamer Finds Tutorial After 95 Hours of Playthrough

Back in December 9, 2018, leaked info about Ultimate's DLC characters were posted by a user on Japanese image-board site 5Channel (formerly known as 2chan), where they also mentioned about the inclusion of Joker from P5 into the roster and his stage being Mementos.

No one really cared about it that much in the beginning but when his prediction of Persona 5 R title was officially revealed by Atlus, people started paying attention. He also claimed that P5R will be released on the first half of 2019, which we are yet to find out though.

RELATED: Super Smash Bros. Ultimate to Add Joker from Persona 5

There was also unconfirmed claim for four new characters joining the roster of SSBU and they are Doomguy of the Doom series, Erdrick from the Dragon Quest series, Ryu Hayabusa from Ninja Gaiden and the default player character Steve of Minecraft.

The claim on Dragon Quest's Erdrick received more credibility upon the datamine leak of code that mentions Jack, Brave and Packu. Here, Jack is referred to be Joker and Packu is a nod to Pakkun Flower, Japanese name for pre-order DLC character Piranha Plant from Super Mario.

Now all that left is "Brave", which translates to Yuusha in Japanese, which also stands for hero and Erdrick belongs to the hero class of Dragon Quest. Moreover, the character has a legacy of appearing throughout the series, notably the first three games.

Therefore, he is a worthy representative of the franchise on the crossover arena of Ultimate and the codename "Brave" fits his description very well. Reportedly, Anlucia from Dragon Quest X is to serve as an alternate skin for.

The source also claimed of a game from Square Enix classic series to arrive on Switch that turned out to be Dragon Quest XI. The hint of Ryu from Ninja Gaiden to make it to SSBU can also be a re-release of the game in 2019 to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the franchise.

The arrival of Doomguy may be revealed at E3 2019 to promote the upcoming release of Doom Eternal, also coming to Nintendo Switch. Steve from Minecraft was meant to debut on the launch of Super Smash Bros. Ultimate but shelved as a DLC to promote Minecraft: Dungeons in 2019.

Street Fighter V Won't Have Season Pass for 2019

Unlike past seasons of Street Fighter V, Capcom has no plans for a Season Pass of DLC characters for the 2019.

After finishing the year in grace with Capcom Cup 2018, developer/publisher Capcom decided to introduce a brand-new character for their immensely popular fighting game Street Fighter V and they did so a few days ago with Kage (Kah-Gay).

With that announcement, the company is showing up intention of mixing things up in 2019 for SFV. Season 4 is just on the horizon and players thought that reveal of this new character DLC would come up with more details on Season Pass but apparently, they don't have a plan for it.

Though people are calling the character out as a bad Halloween costume for Ryu or some citing this as just another crazed cosplay character, he is the physical embodiment of the Satsui no Hado and not Evil Ryu to be very specific.

The initial reaction from the fans for Kage was mostly mixed but many of them were not much interested about his inclusion anyway. You can purchase the currently available DLC for only $5.99 or in exchange for 100,000 Fight Money.

However, Capcom didn't go on hinting at who else would be there on their content plan for next season and announced the following on Twitter.

Of course they have no intention to stop with Kage and probably bring in more fighters next year but instead of offering a bundle of half-dozen warriors for a discounted price, they will probably sold them separately for in-game currency or real money. We are not sure yet.

There is also a possibility that the developers are moving towards a sequel or going for a free-to-play model. Producer Yoshinori Ono of Street Fighter V mentioned in a 2016 interview to Famitsu that they have plans to support the game to 2020 at least though.
