Horizon Zero Dawn senior quest designer Blake Rebouche has apparently shared Sony's official post on PS5 showcase event quoting, "Join Us". Lead Animator Richard Oud has followed him soon as well by sharing that same official Tweet.

Oud states that PS5 will be future of gaming and told fans to mark their calendars before deleting it shortly after that. Sony most likely wants Guerilla Games to keep things under wraps until they announce Horizon Zero Dawn sequel.

After an accidental confirmation by voice actor Janina Gavankar (Sleepy Hollow, True Blood) last year, a now-deleted job listing posted by Guerrilla Games made a strong case for Horizon Zero Dawn 2, currently awaiting confirmation.

Horizon Zero Dawn has been one of the best-selling PlayStation 4 games, selling over 10 million copies by February 2019. At this point, players expect to see Horizon Zero Dawn 2 being officially revealed for PS5 with a 2021 release date.
