Capcom Teases Announcement for Presidents' Day 2022

Nearing end of January 2022, Japanese video game developer/publisher company Capcom has revealed a financial report for past nine months, detailing sales report for Monster Hunter Rise and Resident Evil: Village on all platforms.

After making record profits for a fifth consecutive year, Capcom has launched a teaser website counting down to upcoming major announcements for next weekend, which is set for February 20, 10:00 PM PT/February 20, 1:00 AM ET.

Although there is no information on what Capcom will reveal this coming Sunday, their website countdown coincides with ongoing Capcom Pro Tour 2021, hosting a three days show featuring Street Fighter V: Champion Edition players.

Earlier last month, Capcom also unveiled a logo to celebrate 35th anniversary of Street Fighter series later this year. They will probably end up announcing Street Fighter VI, which is currently under development according to early leak.

Today on February 14, Capcom launches a brand-new teaser website and counting down to next week.

Only days ago, reputable sources claimed that Capcom will soon be announcing Resident Evil 4 Remake and chances are great since February 20 marks Presidents' Day 2022, which could be a nod to rescuing Presidents' daughter in RE4.

Moreover, a long-anticipated DLC story for Resident Evil Village could finally be confirmed with a definitive release date. Previous leak at Capcom also revealed Dragon's Dogma 2, Mega Man and Monster Hunter 6 set to launch in 2022.
