A silhouette of Superman and a Suicide Squad logo on his head as a target actually nods back to a previously leaked domain "SuicideSquadKillTheJusticeLeague.com", hinting at a possible clash between DC's anti-hero squad and Justice League.

According to early rumors, Suicide Squad will hunt down Man of Steel and fellow members of Justice League as part of their mission. In recent years, DC Comics has explored similar ideas in "Justice League Vs. Suicide Squad" story in 2017.
