Epic Games Store is giving out free copy of Prey for PC on tenth day of annual daily free games giveaway program.

Prey Free on Epic Games Store Now

In spirit of celebrating ongoing festive season, Epic Games have kick-started annual Holiday Sale 2021 on their digital distribution outlet Epic Games Store and brings back 15 days of free games giveaway promotional campaign for PC users.

Epic Store is offering free copies of 2017 first-person shooter game Prey from developer Arkane Studios and publisher Bethesda Softworks for a limited time, which anyone can claim right now on PC within next 24 hours and own it forever.

You play as researcher Morgan Yu, who wakes up aboard space station Talos I and investigates what went wrong there. Yu must find a way to survive hostile alien lifeforms known as Typhons that killed most of their staff and is after them.

Prey is a reimagining of 2006 game of the same name and a spiritual successor to System Shock. Despite being a shooter title, it incorporates role-playing and stealth elements across an open-world environment and makes decision matter.

Aside from giving away daily free games, Epic Store is also rolling out "Epic Voucher" to anyone with an EGS account. You can redeem these $10 coupons to purchase any game worth $14.99 or above to receive more and continue buying.

Prey has replaced Pathfinder: Kingmaker – Enhanced Plus Edition today, according to a leak on French community website Dealabs. Epic Games Store has already offered games like Shenmue III, Neon Abyss, Mutant Year Zero and Vampyr.
