Star Wars Jedi: Survivor Out Now

Continuing the journey of young protagonist Cal Kestis, 2023 action-adventure game Star Wars Jedi: Survivor from developer Respawn Entertainment and publisher Electronic Arts is out now across PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S.

Picking up five years after the events of Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order, survivors of Order 66 are still being hunted down by Galactic Empire. A former Padawan, Cal has grown in to a powerful Jedi Knight as he faces lot of familiar threats.

As entire galaxy descends into darkness, Cal keeps fighting against the Empire and must decide whether he is willing to save his loved ones. In order to survive dark times, Cal must go beyond his training and protect legacy of Jedi Order.

Jedi: Survivor introduces a few gameplay improvements of its predecessor that players can use to face-off opponents. Aside from single and double blade lightsaber stances from Fallen Order, players can access special dual-wield stance.

Hunted by Gen'Dai Rayvis and a mysterious Pau'an Imperial senator, Cal reunites with his crew of Stinger Mantis for a new adventure. Other than Nightsister Merrin, he is joined by a jetpack-strapped newcomer gunslinger Bode Akuna.

With his improved Force abilities and lightsaber fighting styles, Cal takes on new challenges and enemies throughout the galaxy. Exploration becomes easier with fast travel as they help unlock lot of perks, skills and upgrade for Cal Kestis.

Star Wars Jedi: Survivor has been one of the most anticipated releases of this year and is likely to live up to fan-expectations. Respawn Entertainment creative director Stig Asmussen is eager to make Star Wars Jedi into trilogy of games.
