Xbox Developer_Direct Showcase Event Announced for January 2024

Amidst all chaos last year, Xbox has launched several exclusives like Forza Motorsport, Planet of Lana and Starfield in 2023. Looking up ahead at 2024, they are already readying up major reveal for their biggest games arriving later in 2024.

Microsoft has officially announced to stream Developer_Direct digital showcase later next week on January 18, 2024. A number of internal developer studios are planning to highlight their new games that are coming this year and beyond.

Developer_Direct plans to reveal an anticipated first-look at their upcoming Indiana Jones game by award-winning studio MachineGames. Then a deep dive for Obsidian's newest fantasy action RPG title Avowed will share variety of details.

Creators of classic strategy game Civilization V at Oxide Games are ready to share gameplay and other details for Ara: History Untold. Ahead of its planned release, Senua's Saga: Hellblade II has more insight to share by Ninja Theory studio.

Whether or not Microsoft will show any other titles than mentioned above is not confirmed just yet. Followed by Developer_Direct showcase, there is a planned livestream for The Elder Scrolls Online, showing their major update for 2024.

Xbox reportedly plans to launch one of their more acclaimed first-party games to rival platform, according to a reputable insider. Although fans believe it to be Hi-Fi Rush by Tango Gameworks, other people claim it could be Sea of Thieves.
