Street Fighter V: Arcade Edition will come out on January 16, 2018 with a secondary V-Trigger move for every characters of the game. Till date, Season 2 of Street Fighter V has brought in five brand new characters along with fan-favorite demon warrior Akuma. All of the newcomers added a new dynamics to the game with their unique story and gameplay. Now, it demands that Season 3 brings more charisma to the title by introducing another six new awesome DLC characters.

Street Fighter V Season 3 DLC Characters Revealed

Whereas Capcom used to tease us with the possibility of the characters for the following year, this year they broke the tradition. They revealed all six DLC characters for Season 3 in the cinematic opening trailer for the upcoming Street Fighter V: Arcade Edition!

The trailer starts with Ryu trying to meditate to control his powers as he sees Akuma approaching towards him from behind a waterfall. Then we are indulged in the beautiful mastery of the montage that re-introduces the franchise once again. It beautifully portrays the world of Street Fighter and the legendary world warriors who shaped the tournament as well as the universe of the game each playfully introduce themselves to the audience through their signature gesture or movements.

Within the rally of these worthy fighters who already made it to the Street Fighter V roster till now and then some new faces, that are yet to be included. These six new faces for Street Fighter V Season 3 DLC characters to be are Blanka, Cody, Falke, G, Sagat and Sakura. Four of them are from previous installments of the game except Falke and G, who are the newcomers here. The Season 3 Character Pass will get you all six of them as soon as they are released to join the brawl.

From her days of chasing Ryu for becoming his apprentice and constantly being at fight with her rival fighter Karin, Sakura has grown up and changed a lot. She definitely is not that cute-little school girl anymore as she is seeking new adventures after graduation. Kasugano Residence will be her very own stage, which took inspiration from her stage in Street Fighter Alpha 2. Sakura will be the first among the six to join the battle on January 16, 2018, while release date for the five others remains still unannounced.

There was also an announcement for Street Fighter 30th Anniversary Collection, which is an anthology pack featuring 12 awesome titles from the Street Fighter saga since 1987. So, this looks like a perfect opportunity to get all those iconic games altogether for a trip to nostalgia lane. Plus, you get to hone your skills with games like Super Street Fighter II: Turbo, Street Fighter Alpha 3 and Street Fighter III: 3rd Strike from the collection.

Tom Clancy's The Division Update 1.8 and Free Weekend

Ubisoft has just dropped the biggest free update for their online-only action role-playing video game Tom Clancy's The Division. With that update released, they have another promotional offer for this multiplayer shooter game. Update 1.8 is going by the name "Resistance", which is available for PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One now. It will add an extra area to the West Side Pier map, including Resistance and Skirmish modes.

tom clancy's the division update 1.8
Tom Clancy's The Division Update 1.8 and Free Weekend

For short details of all the content that comes with Update 1.8, you can take a quick look at the launch trailer clip of it.

In Resistance, enemy teams will join up as teams to fight against you in waves, which is highly unlikely of them. You can firm up your defenses and a lot other stuff using resources dropped by your enemies once they are killed. So, the best you can do in a four members team is to try and stay alive for as long as you can. The changes are definitely made for good and the game is even better than it was before with the update.

Skirmish on the other hand is more like player versus player mode that is designed for two teams of four players engaged in killing each other while the clock is ticking. There is a social hub called Camp Clinton, which is almost similar to the main safe house Terminal. You can buy exotic weapons and new gears to even the odds of battlefield.

Now, along with this free update, there comes a free weekend of Tom Clancy's The Division, offering players to have a trial of the game followed by a sweet discount of 70% off on the whole package. Massive Entertainment and Ubisoft allows you to play The Division for free from December 7-10. The progress made during this period will be transferred to the main game if you choose to buy it following the free weekend.

Currently, the trial will only let you play for six hours, which might upset a lot of gamers but it also grants you access to all three DLC expansions; Underground, Survival and Last Stand. After releasing almost a year ago, The Division has finally rising once again from a slow running as the game have seen an all time increase of active users of 150% on daily basis, having a total of 9.5 million users right now. Hopefully, the numbers will rise following the free weekend experience for sure.

Resident Evil 7 Sells 4 Million Copies

The attempt to re-define the genre of survival horror video game by Capcom was quite successful and we can tell that by the response of fans and critics over the release of Resident Evil 7: Biohazard. Another news on the horizon is that the game has just sold over 4 million copies recently. Despite being a great number, it fails to please the developer and publisher studio. Now this landmark of reaching 4 million unit sales of Resident Evil 7 was set by Capcom earlier this year and looks like they have just reached their target already.

resident evil 7 eveline
Resident Evil 7 Sells 4 Million Copies

However, they expected to cross the mark a bit earlier than it has. Because, they made assumption before launch that the game will sell an estimate of 4 million copies within a very short time after its release and it actually took nearly seven months for Resident Evil 7 to do that. When Resident Evil 7 shipped 3.5 million copies on release, they took this as a sign of a solid start and then it kind of slowed down.

The actual estimate made by Capcom was a total of 10 million copies for a lifetime but given the fact that while they earned critical acclaim for re-inventing the series with RE7, this move from Capcom has also made a lot of old Resident Evil fanboys upset. This doesn't essentially made the game a flop one but the way they have revamped the world of Resident Evil as we knew it, plus a new way of game-playing along with several DLC to expand the game even further calls for a bit more revenue stream to be honest.

Another reason for Capcom's disappointment could be the fact that the previous installment of the franchise; Resident Evil 6 managed to sell a total of 4.8 million copies and that was actually a lot worse game compared to this one. Still, there are hopes for them to reach their estimate 10 million unit sell as the overall life-cycle of games have significantly expanding these days. Plus, a great number of players go for digital download and those numbers are greater than the ones who buy game disks.

Also, Resident Evil 7: Gold Edition is coming this December 12 on PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, which contains upcoming DLC packs "Not a Hero" and "End of Zoe" as well as previously released Banned Footage Volume 1 and 2. Now, this can hopefully increase a sells raise of the game a bit.

Doom's Nintendo Switch Release Date

Bethesda Softworks have previously announced to bring The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim for Nintendo Switch in June, 2017 and Switch owners were jumping with joy to have this great title on their port. Then, after a few days, it becomes clear that the developer studio is actually up to port a lot of their fan-favorite titles to Switch eventually. Major game titles like Doom and Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus was included in that list. Hopefully other popular titles like Dishonored and The Evil Within will join the race in the future too.

RELATED: Doom and Wolfenstein II Comes to Nintendo Switch

We promised that if there was any further development regarding this matter, we will update you and here we are with an interview clip that features executive producer Marty Stratton and creative director Hugo Martin from id Software talking about Doom's Nintendo Switch debut.

Recently, Bethesda has officially confirmed Doom's Nintendo Switch version release date and it is November 10, 2017. The gates of hell will open in North America and Europe on the same day. Given the limitations of the platform, the boys at id Soft tried their level best to put everything they could into the release to deliver the experience of the original Doom.

On Switch, Doom will mostly be like an arcade experience as the developers see it. Players on Nintendo Switch will get the entire single-player campaign. All of the difficulty modes will be there including the "Ultra Nightmare" mode where you play with a single life and can die from a single blow. There is the arcade mode, so that you can replay all the levels over and over. All the weapons and runes will be there for you but also there is always a clock ticking.

In multiplayer, the gameplay is fast-paced and quite competitive. There are 12 modes, along with 18 maps to explore and all the DLC packs will be there too. Team death-match or capture mode, you name it, it's there. Overall, without tuning anything done they really tried to bring all the actual features of the main game.

The people who already played Doom before and the one who are going to enjoy the game for the first time on Switch, it will be great experience for them both. Since, this is not a game which people can play for half an hour and then leave, Doom sure will provide you hours of monster slaying fun-moments that will make it worth.

More than one year has passed since Street Fighter V is released but still, somewhere the game lacked completion. Well, if you are wondering what we meant by that then let us remind you that Capcom originally released the game without any arcade mode, best-of-three versus mode and a story mode, which are the most common feature a fan would expect from a Street Fighter game these days.

Resident Evil 7 'Not a Hero' DLC Gameplay Video

Ethan Winters have made it out of the Baker family with his life and there are still some mysteries that left unanswered. So, it's time for a specialist to go in and who better is well equipped to take care of monster business other than Chris Redfield. Of course, the guy is no more bulky and extra muscular to punch out a boulder but throw a monster on his face; he'd still punch his way out on its face.

RELATED: Resident Evil 7’s Next DLC Features Chris Redfield

Capcom has recently dropped a video of the gameplay from upcoming 'Not a Hero' DLC for Resident Evil 7: Biohazard and here is your chance to take a good look at the clip.

This first-look of how 'Not a Hero' DLC will let us face the mold monsters inside the abandoned dungeons of the plantation area as Chris Redfield. Redfield is an expert BOW hunter and he has no time to hide. He will kick his way ahead like a badass we know him as. Since the pack is set after the main game, you won't probably be seeing any of the Baker family members but it will reveal many important aspects of the story you've been worried about.

After Resident Evil 7 came out, many players of the game was complaining about not being able to play as one of the fan-favorite characters of the series. So, when Capcom announced of a DLC where we will be able to control Chris Redfield and kick some serious butt of all the new monsters of the series, it was a moment of rejoice for us all. Though this version of Chris doesn't look like anything that we can relate to, he still is an efficient monster hunter.

RELATED: Resident Evil 7 'Not a Hero' DLC Delayed

The DLC got delayed during development and the studio apologized for this to the fans. Now it is finally coming out as a free game pack on December 12, along with another called End of Zoe, which by the way will not be free of charge of course. Both of these DLC packs will be available with the Resident Evil 7: Gold Edition also coming out on the same day.

Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare, Retribution DLC

Retribution sees the return of the infamous Willard Wyler, the twisted horror movie director who is the primary antagonist of the story and is back with his final film "The Beast from Beyond". Wyler had four aspiring actors Poindexter, AJ, Andre and Sally trapped in his films through a ritual and these four struggles to get back to the real world from the madness of the crazy director's horror films. After fighting in a space station, a 90's campsite, '70s New York City and a beach area, the heroes are now in a military station in Europa.

Before going to the details, lets' take a quick and brief look at the trailer clip for the Retribution DLC.

On a distant ice planet, players will experience a brand-new heart-pounding zombie adventure that will earn them salvation from Wyler's madness. Battling massive hordes of zombies and Cryptid aliens, Poindexter, AJ, Andre and Sally will have to retrieve the precious Soul Key to earn their freedom. This final chapter of Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare zombies experience offers a few new stuffs that the previous releases.

After dealing with a variety of monsters and creatures as well as regular flesh-eating zombie hordes with your heroes of misfortune, now you got to face one of the most horrific creatures out there; Cryptids. Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare's Associate Project Director from Infinity Ward; Lee Ross reveals that the inclusion of Cryptids in this part was previously hinted in locations and dialogues of "Zombies in Spaceland" and "Attack of the Radioactive Thing" all along.

These two different enemies with different attributes will surely put the veteran gamers into test of their skills. Also, let's not forget about the two most prominent Fortune cards Skull Hacker and Packin’ Heat. One will help you complete the Ghost N Skulls steps and the other one will double your raw fire power regardless of your weapon. Yes, it can be ANY WEAPON.

Retribution DLC Pack will be first released on PlayStation 4 on September 12 and pre-order for the pack will get you a dynamic Retribution theme for free. There is still no word on when it will come to PC and Xbox One nor the price, but given the history of their past records, it will probably arrive a month after. Players who have already purchased the $50 worth season pass for Infinite Warfare will have Retribution expansion pack for free and we assume that the single purchase of the pack will cost you $15.

Dead Rising 4: Frank’s Big Package Comes to PlayStation 4

Capcom Vancouver has just announced the news of the game coming to PS4, titled Dead Rising 4: Frank’s Big Package and here is a brief look at what it has to offer.

If you are wondering, what's the big fuss about Dead Rising 4 coming to PlayStation 4, then we have to let you know that it's not just the plain old game that is coming to PS4 platform, because almost everyone is doing that these days. So, what's special about it then? Dead Rising 4 will be making its debut on PS4 with new content as well as a great deal of good stuff, henceforth the title; Frank’s Big Package.

Frank West as Mega Man

The key-features of Dead Rising 4: Frank’s Big Package are as follows:

• Dead Rising 4: The best version of the game till date and that means, it has the post-launch difficulty settings and access to all future updates.

• Capcom Heroes: Now this is an all-new interesting story to play Dead Rising 4, where you will be taking control of Frank West as he wears a dozen costumes of the classic Capcom characters and fight as they were supposed to.

• All DLC: All the downloadable content that has came out, from the Stocking Stuffer Holiday Pack to single player game Frank Rising story. Plus, Super Ultra Dead Rising 4 Mini Golf action in multiplayer mode.

• All Bonus Content: Candy Cane Crossbow, My Bloody Valentine Pack, Sir-Ice-A-Lot, Slicecycle, Street Fighter Outfit Pack, Ugly Winter Sweater and X-Fists, with the special abilities and weapons of those characters.

Imagine a Capcom game that offers players to play the game with their other favorite game characters from other games of the same company. With all the additional content seems tempting enough aside from the main game, we think the Capcom Heroes mode will be the most rewarding to the fans. You will be playing as Frank but he will be in-game as either X from the Mega Man, or Cammy of Street Fighter and Ghost Trick: Phantom Detective's Sissel.

Developed by Capcom Vancouver, Dead Rising 4: Frank’s Big Package will be available to play on PlayStation 4, from December 5, 2017 only for $49.99. Even though the original game received a mixed reaction from critics and fans, we can only hope that it works out fine this time.

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Remastered Released

Modern Warfare Remastered was initially released as an extraordinary reward with Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare a year ago. In spite of being a conspicuous contender for an independent release, official expression of that didn't come until a month ago, when Activision reported plans to dispatch it on PlayStation 4. The distributor said it would then take after on "different stages" at a later date, which has ended up being precisely one month after the PS4 release.

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Remastered Released

In the wake of propelling in June on PlayStation 4, an independent release of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Remastered is presently accessible on PC and Xbox One. Like the PS4 version, it's estimated that the price will be $40. This is with regards to Sony's coordinated restrictiveness course of action that sees Call of Duty's DLC release on PlayStation 4 before different stages.

Here goes the launch trailer for Activision's Call of Duty – Modern Warfare Remastered version.

As the name proposes, Modern Warfare Remastered is an enhanced rendition of 2007's Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare. It contains the full crusade and multiplayer mode with upgraded visuals and sound. You can also buy a $15 worth of DLC pack for the game, which includes similar four maps that came out for the first Call of Duty 4's DLC. These maps are excluded for nothing with the independent release, which will just provide you with 16 base maps.

Obligation at hand is that Modern Warfare Remastered was initially released close by a year ago along with Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare. The remastered version of 2007's Call of Duty 4 was just accessible as a major aspect of Infinite Warfare's Legacy, Legacy Pro and Digital Deluxe editions only.

The Evil Within 2 Tie-In Comics

Resident Evil series creator Shinji Mikami returns with the survival horror game The Evil Within sequel that was announced at E3. The game starts and quickly delves into the new story without pausing for us to catch on what happened between The Evil Within and The Evil Within 2. The opted gap is still pretty foggy to us. So, Bethesda Softworks has teamed up with Titan Comics to produce a prequel story for The Evil Within 2.

This two-part comic book will solely feature on the perspective of Detective Sebastian Castellanos. He is already pretty disturbed with the events that took place in the previous game and now he is back to deal with another problem like that.

Detective Sebastian used to work in Krimson City Police Department but then suddenly he is introduced with this unexpected nightmare alley, where his life gets messed up pretty badly. The guy lost his job, loved ones and now he is at the brink of losing his sanity. So, it is safe to say that Sebastian's life isn't a very charming one right now.

The Evil Within: The Interlude

In this comic titled "The Interlude", Sebastian Castellanos is on the hunt of a serial killer, who is on a murdering spree. What bothers him is that the killer is hunting down his victims like the way Ruvik did. Problem is, Ruvik used to kill people in the exact fashion but only inside of STEM. This killer, our hero is after actually killing people in the same style but in the real world. Now, that is a very uncanny co-incidence to overlook for anyone, let alone Detective Sebastian.

To get the story in order, comic-book writer Ryan O’Sullivan (Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War III, Turncoat), artists Damien Worm (Dark Souls, The October Faction) and Szymon Kudranski (Spawn, Daredevil/Punisher) were brought in for the project. Ryan believes the game to be a perfect match for his test as he is a fan of games like Alone in the Dark, Amnesia, Dead Space, Resident Evil, Silent Hill and System Shock.

Damien is a dedicated fan of horror games, whether it is survival horror or adventure in the mix. Silent Hill and Dino Crisis from 90's are among Szymon's favorites. They both played the first game and loved it. So, working on the prequel comic-book project for the sequel game was an exciting experience for them for sure.

Friday the 13th of October 2017 is marked for the worldwide release of The Evil Within 2 on PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. So, if you are truly drawn towards the horror-mysteries of the game, be sure to pick up the prequel comics series before you play the game.

The Evil Within 2: "Survive" Gameplay Trailer

With the recent release of the Announcement Trailer and Story Trailer of The Evil Within 2, eagerly waiting fans have been asking for more. So, Bethesda decided to treat them with a new gameplay trailer titled "Survive", exploring Detective Sebastian Castellanos' journey into the unknown to save his long-lost daughter. Having made the trailer being majorly CG, we could only have the opportunity of getting a small glimpse of The Evil with 2 in action.

However, it seems the new one follows the same fashion similar to the first game with Sebastian building a sophisticated powerful weapon. Watch the "Survive" gameplay trailer and watch out your back to make sure that you don't have some beasts coming after your tail.

The Evil within 2 focuses on Sebastian as he travels to the city of Union. With the thought of Lily at the core of its creation, Union is a mix of claustrophobic environments and wide open areas suitable for player’s exploration. It is expected of you to delve into this cruel and savage world to save Lily from the devil's den.

As you get into this two-minutes long experience of Survival Horror, you get to witness Sebastian fighting his way into his destiny with lots of haunting demons creeping around and ready to sink their teeth on him. So far, the game-playing style for the sequel seems not too much different from the forerunner, only a lot more horde of scary monster to expect in this nightmarish world of STEM.

Survive The Nightmarish World

The Executive Producer Shinji Mikami (Devil May Cry, Resident Evil) gave his word on The Evil Within 2:

Bethesda has also revealed that there will be a "Last Chance Pack" DLC on pre-order, much like the "Fighting Chance Pack" from its predecessor The Evil Within. Ordering down early for the game will earn you the burst handgun, which uses bullets that can be found or crafted, an assortment of crafting supplies to help you get started, and a few extra healing items. The Evil Within 2 is coming to PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One on Friday, October 13, 2017.

Resident Evil 7 'Not a Hero' DLC Delayed

Here is the three minutes video published on Resident Evil's official YouTube channel that explains the reason for the delay.

Producer Masachika Kawata and director Koshi Nakanishi have addressed the reason for the unexpected delay in the DLC's release date to be "Quality". As Resident Evil 7 has not only re-invented the franchise and genre but also raised the bar of expectation much higher. Even though they had nearly finished the game, they thought it is not worthy of being the DLC this game deserves. So, to try and reach the high amount of expectations from fans, Capcom's RE team has taken this initiative.

And given the humane nature of the message and their simplest attempt to reach out to fans and gamers like this really had a positive vibe. Most of the awaiting audience were OK with it as they are prioritizing the quality for a DLC content that is intended to be free.
