Since E3 2018 is almost here, we can expect some more info or footage to drop and that starts with this following teaser trailer for Telltale's Walking Dead: The Final Season.

Set after the events of The Walking Dead: A New Frontier, The Final Season focuses mostly on series protagonist Clementine, who has grown from a little girl to a hardened survivor of a post-apocalyptic world. Not only she is watching over little AJ, a child of his own age when Lee Everett first found her, she is also taking a role of leadership just like Lee was. Even though it was just a teaser, it still pretty straightforwardly hinted a possible demise of our lead character.

Aside from knowing that the series is coming to an end, we also have learned that later this year, they are planning to bring this epic zombie apocalypse adventure to Nintendo Switch as well. Also, in terms of better graphics quality, The Final Season will support 4K and HDR on TV. Gameplay mechanics to have gone through some change and new combat system will lead to unscripted sequences to increase twist. Telltale decided to make this one the most engaging title of the series and so, it's all about more than making choices.

TWD: The Final Season may just be the fourth season of the franchise but it took six years of narrative development to reach this point and a handful of events in the walker-infested Universe the characters are from. Melissa Hutchinson will be reprising Clementine's role one last time and we hope Telltale Games does proper justice to Clem by building a compelling conclusion to give her a proper sendoff.

The Wolf Among Us Season 2 Delayed to 2019

Telltale Games is delaying The Wolf Among Us Season 2 to 2019 because of fundamental changes at studio.

Developer Telltale Games have done a splendid job adapting comic-book writer Bill Willingham (Day of Vengeance, Justice Society of America)'s Fables comic book series from DC Comics's Vertigo imprint into one of their epic fantasy interactive episodic graphic adventure. Following the immense success of Season 1, Telltale announced for The Wolf Among Us Season 2 back in July, 2017. It was scheduled to release on 2018 but unfortunately that date is pushed back to 2019 now.

Fans that were eagerly waiting for the latter half of 2018 to see Season 2 of the game probably are a little bit pissed when almost one year after the initial announcement they get to know this shocker! Clearly this should upset many players because we rarely had any follow-up news from the creator studio about its development and now, suddenly out of the blue we get to know that, we should wait another year. That kind of sucks!

Although Telltale have mentioned about the issue recently stating, this inconvenience is totally unintentional and is because of some essential changes since they announced the title last summer. While that doesn't seem like anything big but it can mean that there might be a change of gameplay which will be introduced this time. Plus, they said, the studio will invest this extra time in improving quality and experiment with this project. Does that make any sense to you now?

There is another fact that could possibly be the reason for this delay and it is, the studio laid off 25 percent of their workforce, which is a total of 90 employees. The company responsible for making critically acclaimed games like Game of Thrones, Minecraft and The Walking Dead, has decided to move forward with a smaller team to deliver a fewer but better quality video games in future. Whether or not this restructuring has helped them in their goal, it can be partially responsible for setbacks in their deadline.

Bill Willingham’s award-winning Fables worked out amazingly fine with Telltale Games' unique format of storytelling with The Wolf Among Us. Season 1 comprising five-episode was released back in 2013 for every playable platforms like Android, iOS, Mac, PC, PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, PlayStation Vita, Xbox 360 and Xbox One. So, we can only hope that the second Season will probably do the same as well.

Telltale's Walking Dead: The Final Season Details

Just like all good things should come to an end, Telltale’s The Walking Dead is finally coming to a conclusion this year. Developer Telltale Games has done a fantastic fan-service by adapting creator Robert Kirkman (Battle Pope, Invincible)'s post-apocalyptic comic book series The Walking Dead from Image Comics into an episodic action-adventure franchise. It is one of Telltale’s most celebrated series much like the television adaptation of AMC’s zombie drama of the same name, which is currently airing its Season 8 on cable TV.

Six years have passed since the series began its journey with series protagonist Clementine and there has been only three seasons so far. She has grown from a little girl who just lost her parents to a seasoned survivor of a zombie apocalypse. Her journey in this walker-infested world is finally coming to an end that started with her guardian angel Lee Everett. We cannot say that she is also following Lee's path towards the end step by step as Melissa Hutchinson returns to voice her character.

Telltale's Walking Dead: The Final Season was first announced back in 2017 during San Diego Comic Con and we only knew that the release is due to 2018. Although there was no official release date to begin with, our guess is that The Final Season may come out this summer or probably in the fall. The time might be closer to some holiday season of 2018. The Walking Dead: Season One was launched on April, Season Two and A New Frontier chose the month of December for their release.

RELATED: Telltale’s Walking Dead Collection Announced

Now, we all know that The Final Season marks the end of Clementine's story and fans are already wondering what would happen to her character then. It was revealed from PAX East panel 2018 that, the chapter will kick off right from the events of A New Frontier but there is a time jump in between. Clementine will be older and mature that she was back then and many things will not be the same as before. Because, the world has already gone to hell after a zombie apocalypse and no one is around to keep everything running.

A post-apocalyptic world means already the end of mankind and society, which only worsens as time passes. So, when the season will start, it will be from a much worse scenario that what we saw in Season Three. Little AJ is still on her care and chances are, she might get into a situation where the kid needs a lot of protecting. Clementine will come across plenty of new characters who would either help in her journey or become enemies. A dog named Rosie will be introduced who would at least make it through the first episode.

RELATED: Walking Dead's Clementine Action Figure Announced

Since, Telltale’s The Walking Dead series is mostly scripted due to its episodic graphic adventure style. Any outcome players' face is from a series of preset choices set in the plot to unfold as they make progress. However, The Final Season is bringing a change to this gameplay mechanics for good. Any typical good zombie game genre should frequently put characters into battle zombies to keep things interesting. So, Telltale decided to include unscripted zombie fights to throw Clementine in danger and make this challenging.

RELATED: Telltale’s Walking Dead Will Follow Comic Timeline

Developers at Telltale Games have also noted that, considering an installment of a series that builds on death and despair, The Walking Dead: A New Frontier was a bit too colorful. By this, they are only hinting that The Final Season will go back to its root and adjust to a more worn-out color palette. AMC has already done it with logo for The Walking Dead TV series gradually following a more decomposing style after each season.

Telltale's Walking Dead: The Final Season First Artwork Revealed

When developer Telltale Games introduced the post-apocalyptic world of The Walking Dead with a new vision with Telltale’s The Walking Dead in 2012, people just fell in love with the unique storytelling way of their episodic graphic adventure. Over the years, we saw the character of Clementine grow from a young girl to the kickass grown up in "A New Frontier" and now, with Telltale's Walking Dead: The Final Season headed this way, we have to say good-bye to the series.

Telltale Games also released a key-art for the title for fans to get an exclusive first look. We can see series protagonist Clementine with the young boy AJ, she took in under her wings to protect at all cost. She is older now and is grizzled by the brutality this world inflicted upon her. If you look closely then you will notice that the key-art above strikes a resemblance with the one released for the first season of Telltale’s The Walking Dead with Lee and Clementine on it.

Telltale's Walking Dead: The Final Season is set to release later in 2018 with no fixed date yet and a first look of the game will be revealed on April 6 at PAX East panel. It was during last year's San Diego Comic Con, when Telltale had announced for a planned fourth season which will be the last one and will draw conclusion to Clementine's story. We must admit that it is really hard seeing such a great franchise finally ending but even harder to see a character like Clementine go.

Batman: The Enemy Within Have Two Different Endings

One thing fans of Telltale Games would agree without a doubt is that the developer has re-invented if not mastered the point-and-click adventure games of modern times and with each new releases, they prove it time after time. The studio did a great job tinkering with the established folklore of DC Comics' most iconic hero Batman in Batman: The Telltale Series in 2016 and the sequel Batman: The Enemy Within in 2017.

Batman: The Enemy Within Have Two Different Endings

Batman: The Enemy Within is the second season of Telltale's attempt of re-creating the legends of The Dark Knight for gamers. The first season and the already released episodes of season two is doing exceptionally well so far. We all are now waiting for the season finale and it is going to be released on March 27, drawing conclusion to another thrilling chapter of Bruce Wayne/ Batman trying to save Gotham City from the rampant criminal society.

RELATED: Batman: The Enemy Within Episode Five Release Date

The developers and studio is very excited about the final episode as it just doesn't give it a closure but also because this one is the greatest piece of content they have created for the series till date. Telltale's stories are different than any of the stories from DC Universe as they take a unique dig at the saga and the latest twist they added to the list is to create their own version of The Joker.

When he was first discovered by Bruce Wayne in Arkham Asylum as a former patient named John Doe. He didn't become the Clown Prince of Crime back then but his past was anything but clouded. However, he had a deep admiration for Bruce Wayne and just wanted to be his best friend more than anything. He even introduced Bruce to The Pact, a small gang of super-criminals consisting Bane, Harley Quinn and Mr. Freeze.

Just because John Doe was way far from becoming The Joker at that point, many actually started rooting for him. It was a very bold move from Telltale to even pitch the idea of this pale skinned and green haired individual having any sort of friendly relationship with Bruce Wayne because of many Batman fans would start ranting about it immediately but all things worked out fine in the end. Instead of beating him up and taking him back to Arkham, players tried to guide him through Bruce's character.

Since one of the nature of episodic graphic adventure games are the ending and many other aspects of a game changes depending on your actions, your approach towards John Doe in The Enemy Within will shape up his character in the endgame. Whether or not you want him to be Harley's boyfriend or bring down his criminal endeavors, it's all up to you. The way you treat him will shape The Joker of tomorrow.

The finale episode will reach to a certain point with every loose ends and John Doe will either transform into a Vigilante or Villain. If he turns out evil, then you already know that he is destined to become Batman’s arch-nemesis. The end of their friendship will set him nuts and he will wreck havoc on Gotham. Although, The Joker becoming a vigilante would like to team-up with Batman to eradicate all crime from the city.

We better not go any deep with this than we did, because the final episode is dropping within two weeks and you probably wouldn't like the story to be spoiled. You should play the episode titled "Same Stitch" when it is finally released for Mac, PC, PlayStation 4, Xbox One and mobile devices on March 27 to find out the epic conclusion yourself. The fifth episode contains three and a half hours worth of content and with a few variations of outcomes, it can be even longer.

Batman: The Enemy Within Episode Five Release Date

Developer Telltale Games have done a great job recreating the legends of Batman with inspiration taken from the source materials of DC Comics and adapted a new version of the character where the players build their own saga as they progress further in each episode of the game. Telltale has officially announced the release date for the fifth and final episode of Batman: The Enemy Within titled "Same Stitch".

As you know that previously made choices will shape-up things for you in Batman: The Enemy Within, a huge turn-of-event awaits the finale depends on how you reaped your steps in the past episodes. We are talking about a twist of the character John Doe, who is destined to become Batman's arch-nemesis The Joker. Based on your actions in prior episodes, John Doe will evolve and whether or not he becomes a problem for Bruce Wayne still remains a question.

We are dropping the official episode description of Batman: The Enemy Within's Season Finale below for you to take a look at.

"What would you choose: a friend whose unhinged approach to justice turns your allies against you, or a sworn enemy who will stop at nothing to see you suffer as your city burns? Based on the relationship you’ve built with John Doe, you'll see one of two very different stories play out. So what’ll it be, Bruce: friend...or foe?"

We believe, John Doe will either become the maniacal Clown Prince of Crime we know him to be or an unlikely ally for Batman/Bruce Wayne that we have never seen before. Telltale already planned out two different ending for the story and developed over 4,500 lines of dialogue for 38 characters from the episode. Amanda Waller of the Agency, Bane, Harley Quinn and Mr. Freeze may appear in supporting role of the story as well.

Season Finale of Batman: The Enemy Within, "Same Stitch" will be out on March 27, to play on Mac, PC, PlayStation 4, Xbox One and mobile devices. With that, Telltale's second season of episodic point-and-click graphic adventure based on The Dark Knight will come to an end. Judging by the very positive reception from the fans, Batman: The Telltale Series is much likely to return with a third season, where we will see the Caped Crusader in more actions and tackle more bad guys.

Batman: The Telltale Series Tie-In Comics "Sins of the Father"

With so many popular video games based on the popular DC Comics character Batman, it was quite a bold move for developer Telltale Games to come up with a brand-new saga of The Dark Knight with a re-defined origin. After the successful completion of Batman: The Telltale Series season one, Telltale is currently in-progress with season two, Batman: The Enemy Within. Now, a comic book limited series titled Batman: Sins of the Father is coming in February 2018.

The interactive experience of Telltale's episodic point-and-click graphic adventure really picked up audience interest and now, there is a tie-in book on the way. Veteran comic-book and TV writer for Netflix, Christos Gage (Civil War – House of M, World War Hulk – X-Men) is teamed up with artist Raffaele Ienco (Mechanism, Symmetry) to expand the universe even further by bridging the gap between the two seasons of the acclaimed game.

WARNING: THE FOLLOWING CONTAINS POTENTIAL SPOILERS FOR BATMAN: THE TELLTALE SERIES.

After his debut in the newly re-imagined Gotham City, Bruce Wayne has encountered many villains and psychopaths as himself and his alter ego, Batman. The situation is not always black and white for him and that is why he has to go infiltrate a crime joint to reach the bottom of the problem. Fan favorite characters like Jim Gordon and Amanda Waller crosses paths with him but they too are not exactly are who we used to know in comics, despite some basics of course.

Commissioner Gordon Will Show Up

Working on Sins of the Father is quite a throwback for writer Christos Gage as he started his early comic-book endeavor with a Deadshot mini-series nearly 15 years ago that was later re-printed as Deadshot: Bulletproof and the same character is making his way into the world of Telltale's Batman to serve as the main antagonist for the series. Also, Bruce Wayne will get back to restore his family reputation after discovering the shocking revelation about his father.

Already taking a bold new direction for all the characters that we've known for almost all of our lives, Sins of the Father presented a challenge for Christos Gage and his partner Raffaele Ienco to walk a parallel path and live up to the expectation of the fans. The online playthrough videos of Batman: The Telltale Series season one really helped the old hand of Gage here when his editor Jim Chadwick tasked him to handle the project.

Besides, the unique nature of the world Telltale's Batman presents the opportunity to make a few tweaks at the established canon without ruining the core of that character. While Bruce is already having a hard time learning that his father Thomas Wayne was not the heroic figure he thought of, it seems even Alfred was aware of this secret and that makes it a lot worse. The legacy he has built on and the lifelong crime-fighting career he has taken seems baseless to him now.

Providing, where the developer studio wants to go next with Batman: The Enemy Within and later with newer seasons of Batman: The Telltale Series, Gage and Ienco still had enough freedom to create a direction where they wanted this version of The Dark Knight to go. There will probably a chapter where both Bruce Wayne and Floyd Lawton will come face to face without their masks and that should be something no one wants to miss. The writer believes that somehow Deadshot is just a dark reflection of Batman considering all odds.

Another character from Batman legend named Black Spider is part of the story and he is hired by Deadshot to face off his enemy. As usual, Commissioner Jim Gordon and Alfred Pennyworth are inseparable parts of Bruce's life as they are in Sins of the Father. Characters that made their debut on Batman: The Enemy Within won't have any direct interaction with Bruce Wayne/Batman though but hopefully they will make their presence known for sure.

Telltale Games have already done a fantastic job by re-telling Bruce Wayne's origin in their first game based on Batman and how he eventually discovers a criminal conspiracy in his family. From the beginning of the video game series, Bruce had been trying to bring balance to Gotham City by going undercover to make an ally with the underworld loonies and then being The Caped Crusader at night to fight crime.

The official synopsis to the first digital issue of "Batman: Sins of the Father" series is as follows:

"After the events of season one, Bruce Wayne is working to rebuild the reputation of his family and their company, Wayne Enterprises, while his alter ego, Batman, attempts to create a working relationship between himself and the GCPD. However, before Bruce can begin reparations for the families affected by Thomas Wayne, a mysterious figure begins killing people associated with Arkham Asylum. As suspicion falls on the families suing Wayne, Batman will begin his own investigation into the mystery assassin—and he’ll paint a target on his own back in the process."
Since the story takes place after season 1 and before season 2, events taken place during the "Sins of the Father" will be later featured in later episodes of The Enemy Within in August, 2018. Seeing Telltale following the footsteps of other big-name franchises in film and gaming industry to expand their fictional universe into tie-in comics says how much they really care for the saga of The Dark Knight they have established over the two seasons of the game.

DC Comics is taking the same approach with this limited series as they did with Injustice: Gods Among Us series, by releasing two chapters digitally before they are available as print issue. The first digital chapter of the book will be released on release February 12 and the rest will come out in every other week. February 21 marks the date for the first print issue from the remaining six from the limited series.

Batman: The Enemy Within Episode Four Trailer

As developer/publisher Telltale Games approaches near the release of Batman: The Enemy Within episode four titled “What Ails You”, they thought it would be a good time to drop the trailer hinting at the upcoming events that we can expect from this unique Batman game even though the nature of the game's episodic adventure makes it hard to assume anything in advance. World's Greatest Detective is returning once again to the brand-new twisted world that Telltale has created for him.

Containing details, plot hints and the villains involved, the two-minute long trailer from Telltale is mostly focused on Bruce Wayne. Since The Enemy Within is a continuation of the Season One of Batman: The Telltale Series, players would get a better hold of the game if they complete the previous installment first.

The clip opens up with a shot where Bruce Wayne is along with Bane and Mister Freeze as Catwoman joins them in the Pact. Then Harley Quinn joins the party to kick off some madness into it. She tasked Bruce with an objective that is related to The Riddler and former Arkham patient "John Doe" tags along with him on this trip. Batman: The Telltale Series on Nintendo Switch Out Now

The episodic structure and narrative-driven adventure is considered as the winning point for the Season One of Batman: The Telltale Series when it came out. The series saw its release back in 2016 and it simultaneously conquered Android, iOS, PC, PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360 and Xbox One. The only platform left for the game to win over was Nintendo and today is the day when it drops on Switch.

Announcing the release of the game for Nintendo Switch, Telltale Games already released a trailer earlier with the glimpse of awesomeness that won over fans before the game even came out in the first place.

Batman: The Telltale Series Season One happens to be the first mature-rated title from Telltale on Nintendo Switch. With more intense games for adult audiences like Skyrim and Wolfenstein 2 are awaiting their release on Switch system, Batman: Season One was a good start for sure. However, there is one thing that you should know before you get a copy of the game and that is, visual quality of the title is slightly less detailed on Switch than it is on other platforms.

Fans of Batman: The Telltale Series are already pretty busy with the Season Two of the series; The Enemy Within on consoles, mobile devices and PC. So, it's time that Nintendo Switch owners should get busy with saving Gotham as The Dark Knight as they have access to one of Telltale's best game ever. You have to trust us on this one. We are simply not over-hyping this one.

You can get a physical copy of Batman: The Telltale Series game on Nintendo Switch for only $39.99 and can also choose digital download. That's probably the best part of having the game on Switch.

Telltale’s Walking Dead Collection Announced

Developer studio Telltale Games has successfully mastered the art of episodic graphic adventure narrating through their acclaimed Walking Dead series and that is no news to the fans or the world. Then came two installments, a spin-off and an oncoming season is also in the line for 2018 release. Sometimes, we do wonder what it would be like if there was a collection of all the episodes from Telltale’s The Walking Dead series packed into one? It seems that we are not the one thinking about that.

Looks like, Telltale has also entertained the idea of a bundle where all 19 episodes from Season 1-3 and Michonne mini-series will be included along with The Walking Dead: 400 Days. They have taken an initiative of bringing their award-winning Walking Dead series into one place. Check out the trailer Telltale has released recently for The Walking Dead Collection.

Now, this is not the only exciting news. Every episode that came out before "A New Frontier" was released will be graphically enhanced to experience the horrors of a post-apocalyptic world to a new scale. To give us a better idea of how the visual experience will differentiate from the earlier installments from the visually upgraded version, Telltale has gave us a peek with some awesome side-by-side shots for comparison.

We all know that Telltale’s Batman: The Enemy Within is the continuation of the acclaimed Batman: The Telltale Series that Telltale Games came up with in 2016. Batman – The Enemy Within Episode Two Trailer

Although our wait is not yet over but Telltale has just released the Episode Two trailer of Batman: The Enemy Within, titled "The Pact".

We already are introduced to The Riddler in this season and he appears quite menacing. While Bruce Wayne was playing along with John Doe, who has yet to become The Joker at some point, he has met with a new source of trouble in the form of Harley Quinn. John Doe is into Harley pretty badly and this new princess of chaos is an unstable mess who knows not when to stop, which makes her a very dangerous threat for the safety of Gotham.

To save his beloved city, Batman fights the bad-guys as the caped crusader and Bruce Wayne goes beyond his boundaries, even crossing some of them in desperate times. Amanda Waller enters the scene to intensify the gravity of the situation. Enough players are thrown into the game to make it complicated enough but a far more dangerous force to be reckoned with has set foot in the game.

This probably marks the introduction of the mercenary known as Bane, the man who broke the bat once into the world of Telltale’s Batman and as always, he means some serious business. Tossing out an officer in the air with a punch, he approaches to Batman saying, "Stand up. This has only just begun."

The Wolf Among Us Season 2 Announced

The epic fantasy interactive episodic graphic adventure adaptation of Fables from DC Comics's Vertigo imprint will be back again. After the enormous success of The Wolf Among Us Season 1, Telltale has finally announced the release of The Wolf Among Us Season 2, which is dated for 2018. A brief teaser shown by Telltale referred to Season 2 as “a new story, a new mystery and an all new set of stakes”.

The Wolf Among Us Season 2 Announced

With a dedicated fan-base built on the game's popularity, Telltale was being bombarded with tons of Tweets from the fans regarding Season 2 of the game. So, they had to finally comply after a long period of silence. Here's what they have to say regarding the announcement of the game.

The game has its throwback in 2011 when Telltale, at first, announced a series that is based on the Fable comic-book series. Afterwards, it was renamed as The Wolf among Us. The series debuted in 2013 and ran through the year 2014 with its appearance on mobile and currently on other platforms. The Season 2 brings back Erin Yvette and Adam Harrington as Snow White and Bigby Wolf. Wolf Among Us Season 2 will be available to play on Android and iOS, as well as platforms such as PC, Mac, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.

Telltale's communication head, Job Stauffer gave eager fans hope that The Wolf among Us would return, his answers to questions in an AMA session reveals and unveil the unknown, although to an extent.

“Something I've always wanted to admit is that while we do have a clear answer to who was who at the end of that story . . . we had also agreed to keep it a mystery for the fans to ponder on their own. Definitely fun to see all of the theories pour out and exciting to pay off our neon-noir story with a femme fatale twist."

Again, Telltale teases The Walking Dead Season 4 for 2018, which will be the final season, completing Clementine’s story. Till now, there has been no clear account of what the plot of the story looks at least, we know that it’s a new this and that. However, even while fans agitate what the story has to render, Telltale promises that it will be a great adventure and I guess we can hold onto that.
