Assassin’s Creed Odyssey Choices and Consequences

Life is about choices and Assassin’s Creed Odyssey lets you choose to create your own character through your actions.

Upcoming entry from action role-playing video game series Assassin’s Creed titled Assassin’s Creed Odyssey is less than a month away to release on October 5 for PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One while a cloud version launches for Nintendo Switch.

In many ways, the game differentiates from previous titles and set way before the other installments, which makes room for adding more RPG elements. Through a recent trailer for the game, developer/publisher Ubisoft focuses on story-altering choices.

Previously, Assassin’s Creed Origins sometimes allowed control for Aya instead of Bayek. Or simply take Assassin’s Creed Syndicate for an instance where you could choose from either one of twins Jacob and Evie.

Now, developers have put players directly into the wheels of the fate for their characters Alexios or Kassandra. Every action or decisions they make throughout will be taking them to a unique path to define your selected characters rather than leading to a bad outcome.

When playing as Alexios, he has his moments of amazing sarcastic remarks that make him great. You may really cheer up for him when you see him making fun of someone and Michael Antonakos makes it all good with his facial expressions.

Kassandra is played by Melissanthi Mahut, who occasionally throws her dry wit as well. She obviously has a great emotional range than her brother but both of them shares the same romance options when it comes to choose from.

Making choice of interacting with others with either love or rage will affect your compass. You can engage in direct combat with enemy or be extremely sneaky; both will eventually help improve three of your skill trees.

While Kassandra delivers a nice performance, Alexios has his unique charms as well but none of those aspects makes the other character better or worse. Regardless of what you end up doing in the open-world of Odyssey, the endgame will always be the same.
