You assume the role of a captive gorilla that just got out of its cage and will be running through various mazes to get your way out. During this escape, human enemies will come at your way armed with guns only to be squashed like bugs.

Ape Out is played from a top-down perspective and adapts a simplistic design but doesn't shy away from spraying blood everywhere while listening to jazz music that blends with all the in-game violence you are going to cause.

Majority of your enemies are killed in one-shot and you can even grab one of them to use as shield. There are four different chapters to explore in an overall engaging experience where you can simply go bananas and start a crazy rampage.

Since EGS is not revealing any of these upcoming titles from 12 days of free games lineup in advance, you can grab a copy to add to your collection of games for free in the mean time and treat yourself into some colorful chaos.
