MechWarrior 5: Mercenaries Launch Trailer

Piranha Games releases official launch trailer for MechWarrior 5: Mercenaries shortly ahead of its launch on Epic Store.

Though upcoming mecha brawling game MechWarrior 5: Mercenaries could easily be a highly anticipated title of this year on PC platform but that excitement mostly died down when it became an Epic Games Store-exclusive months ago.

MW5 was originally set to release on September 2019 but delay of schedule was announced by developer Piranha Games and now nearing to its launch on December 10, 2019, a brand-new launch trailer for the game is released recently.

MechWarrior series gets a revisit in latest trailer of how things always have been when giant robots would engage each other in combat, which would wreck everything around them and would escalate into heavy shootout.

There are a couple of varied class of mech models like light scouts or heavily armed tank types, carrying huge cache of weapons. Their relentless stomping and barrage of laser shooting at each other is the clear recipe for destruction.

Ramming through buildings riding a heavy one puts up a nice display of overall in-game destructible environments. Taking down imposing threats like King Crab mech will require concentrated fire for a light class war machines.

Players can party up with friends in co-op multiplayer or simply assemble a group of AI-controlled mechs to go on missions. Mercenaries' gameplay focuses on working together with your team and salvaging from broken parts.

Piranha Games knew that many fans would be upset over their deal with publisher Epic Games and therefore, has offered refunds on pre-order. They were allowed to keep all bonus content for MechWarrior Online but missed Closed Beta.

Although people waiting for a Steam release will have to wait a whole year to finally enjoy MechWarrior 5: Mercenaries on PC platform, hardcore fans will not probably take any issue with moving to Epic Store game launcher for once.
