This show will take place from February 6 to 9 and the dark fantasy title will be showcased during presentation by Sony. Although attendees won't be able to get a hands-on playing experience, a new footage will likely to get revealed.

At this point, people have no solid idea of what to expect from latest title of Dark Souls creator Hidetaka Miyazaki. Nevertheless, everyone is excited to see From Software attempting to explore open-world genre for very first time.

In September 2019, a leaked listing from Target retail chain suggests the game has a release window set for June 2020. Most recently, From Software official site has reaffirmed the same date on a New Year card, making it more obvious.

Elden Ring has been under development from 2017 right after Dark Souls III final DLC, The Ringed City was released. Given their past record of shipping games quickly, a release date set for this year will not be very much surprising at all.
