Mortal Kombat 11 Rambo Gameplay Reveal

NetherRealm releases an official gameplay trailer featuring Rambo, highlighting his intense combat skills.

Classic action hero Rambo begins showcasing his fighting abilities in a standoff against former Black Dragon mercenary group member Kabal with a series of punches, kicks and several gut-wrenching stabs to briefly incapacitate him.

John then begins taking shots at gunslinger Erron Black by blowing him up with mini-explosives, booby traps and more knife thrusts. He effortlessly dodges a Fatal Blows attack using guerrilla tactics before hitting Black right on his face.

John slashes through Kabal using a Krushing Blows move and pierces his face with an arrow, followed by another shot that blew him up. Rambo leads his adversary to a concealed trap on the ground and brutally ripped off his throat.

Stallone provided his likeness for NetherRealm to faithfully adapt his classic look and ruthless combat style. His core movesets are comprised of employing stealthy fight techniques, his knife and a compound bow among other weapons.

Rambo will be butting heads against fellow 80's action movie legends RoboCop and Terminator T-800 very soon. Rather than largely relying on gunplay and tripwires, his gameplay takes major inspiration from original First Blood movie.

Kombat Pack 2 will be arriving on November 17, 2020, same day as Mortal Kombat 11: Ultimate Edition. Players who already own a copy of MK11 on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One consoles will be receiving free next-gen version upgrade.
