Marvel's Spider-Man Remastered for PC Was Priced Incorrectly in Some Regions

While fans of 2018 action-adventure game Marvel's Spider-Man by developer Insomniac Games and publisher Sony Interactive Entertainment are waiting for Marvel's Spider-Man 2, PC gaming community is looking forward to a PC port release.

Earlier last month, Insomniac and Nixxes Software revealed PC features and pre-order details of Spider-Man Remastered ahead of release. However, a recent change in pricing suggests players need to pre-order PC version of Spider-Man again.

Steam news hub has revealed that Spider-Man Remastered was originally priced incorrectly for Australia, Israel, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Switzerland and UK markets but now, it is fixed and no other regional markets were affected at all.

Anyone who already pre-ordered Marvel's Spider-Man Remastered and belongs to any of these markets mentioned above should cancel your pre-purchase to get a refund and then place your order once more to get a correct lower price point.

Players should pre-purchase Spider-Man Remastered again before August 12 to receive all early unlock bonuses. Steam has apologized to PC gamers who already purchased it and recommends that they follow updated guideline for a new price.

Marvel's Spider-Man Remastered on PC was originally priced at £54.99 by Steam for a couple of market regions and is now priced at £49.99 only. Sony currently has plans to release PC version of Marvel's Spider-Man: Miles Morales in late 2022.
