Payday 2 Free on Epic Games Store Now

Even though ongoing Epic MEGA Sale 2023 promotional event has yet to expire, Epic Games has already revealed their newest free PC game on their digital distribution outlet Epic Games Store for users who signed up with a free account.

Epic Store is giving away PC version of 2013 co-operative first-person shooter game Payday 2 by developer Overkill Software and publisher 505 Games, which you can claim before next week to own forever in your library to enjoy later on.

Head over to Washington DC to pull off a series of heists in Payday 2 with original crew donning masks as Dallas, Hoxton, Wolf and Chains. Engage in an action-packed, epic crime spree on your own, with AI or via online multiplayer mode.

Players can choose and pick up available jobs from crime.net network by connecting with locals like Vlad the Ukrainian and many others. You can also pick up open contracts or just buy one as no heist job will ever play out the same way.

PC version of Payday 2 originally debuted via Steam marketplace and was free for a limited time back in 2017. Since its arrival on EGS today, a wave of new players will join Steam users through cross-play feature between these platforms.

Epic Games Store has announced to offer both Guacamelee! Super Turbo Championship Edition and Guacamelee! 2 for next week. Users can simply log into their account and claim these titles to download and play, starting from June 15.
