Xbox Head Hints to Keep Bethesda Games Xbox-Exclusive

Head of Xbox, Phil Spencer confirms that Microsoft need not to release Bethesda games on PS and other platforms.
In a shocking move, Microsoft announced a full buyout of ZeniMax Media, parent company of Bethesda Softworks last month in a massive $7.5 billion deal only a few months ahead of next-gen console hardware Xbox Series X launch.
Many people within and outside of gaming industry were left wondering whether Bethesda games will arrive in other platforms in future. Head of Xbox, Phil Spencer has addressed these concerns in a recent interview with Kotaku.

Fallout TV Series Comes to Amazon Prime

Popular RPG series Fallout from Bethesda is being adapted into a TV show for Amazon Prime by Westworld series creators.

With so many video game properties being greenlit for television adaptation by major networks and streaming platforms these days, it's about time that someone would finally pick up Fallout franchise license for a live-action TV series.

An official announcement came out today from Amazon Studios confirming an upcoming small-screen adaptation of Fallout by revealing a teaser trailer on official twitter account, with series creators of Westworld joining the project.

Fallout 76 May Add Pets

In a latest AMA session on Reddit, Bethesda developer team has hinted for adding pets to Fallout 76.

Shortly after release of online action role-playing game Fallout 76 for PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One in 2018, developer/publisher Bethesda Softworks received a barrage of negative reception for bugs and missing elements.

Following launch of Wastelanders free update, Bethesda added new quests and NPCs for F76. In a recent AMA session on Reddit, lead designer Ferret Baudoin and project lead Jeff Gardiner has expressed interest of adding pet as well.

Fallout 76 and Wastelanders Update Comes to Steam

Wastelanders free update for Fallout 76 is coming on April 7, making debut on Steam same day as well.

In an attempt to save their 2018 online action role-playing game Fallout 76 from heaps of controversy, developer/publisher Bethesda Softworks is planning to introduce major changes in upcoming Wastelanders expansion update.

This latest free content patch will release for PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One platforms on April 7, 2020. On that same day, Bethesda is also launching Windows PC version of the game on Valve's popular digital distribution outlet Steam.

Fallout 76 Buyers in Australia to Get Refunds

Australia is allowing some Fallout 76 players to get refunds after they were being "mislead" by Bethesda/ZeniMax.

In past, many players have tried getting refunds for a total train wreck launch of online action role-playing game Fallout 76 but all of their requests was denied by developer/publisher Bethesda Softworks back then except a lucky few.

Apparently, player frustration has reached to a certain critical point where Australian Competition and Commission had to make a move and now, some players in Australia has become eligible to get refunds for their purchase.

QuakeCon 2019 reveals new Battle Royale map and Vault raid is coming to Fallout 76 as part of summer roadmap.

Although developer/publisher Bethesda Softworks heavily promoted their 2018 online action role-playing game Fallout 76 as one of the biggest game of entire Fallout series, it fell flat upon release because of a number of issues.

Bethesda Settle Lawsuit Against Westworld Mobile Game

Bethesda settles their lawsuit claim with Fallout Shelter developers over Behaviour Interactive Westworld mobile game publisher Warner Bros.

Back in June 2018, Bethesda Softworks filed a lawsuit against Behaviour Interactive over the allegation that they have made base-building mobile game Westworld a shameless rip-off of their free-to-play simulation game Fallout Shelter.

Apparently, both parties and Warner Bros. Entertainment has agreed to resolve the lawsuit claim over the matter after reaching an amicable settlement recently. The plaintiff has filed a notice in federal court on December 12 following the resolution.

With issues regarding transparency and refund policy for Fallout 76, Bethesda Studios could be facing a class action lawsuit very soon.

Developer/publisher Bethesda Softworks has been struggling with their online action role-playing game Fallout 76 ever since it came out. If players were not already skeptical enough about the title from the initial announcement, it launched with a load of bugs.

When they sorted that out with a patch, turns out many sections of the game was found unplayable and players were disappointed. When they asked for refunds, Bethesda simply denied them stating their refund policy.

Fallout 76 B.E.T.A. Release Date

Bethesda Softworks will let players journey to a dystopian future in Fallout 76 B.E.T.A. from October 23.

We already know that post-apocalyptic action role-playing game Fallout 76 from Bethesda Softworks is being released worldwide for PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One on November 14, 2018 and a B.E.T.A. will be launched in sometime in October.
