A recent camera hack for P.T., Silent Hills "Playable Teaser" shows Norman Reedus to be the guy you play as.

In an attempt to reinvent popular survival horror series Silent Hill, developer/publisher Konami had game director Hideo Kojima to work on a demo titled P.T. for a now cancelled Silent Hills project that was launched on PlayStation Network in 2014.

Despite it being scrapped, people seem to be making new discoveries within "Playable Teaser" every now and then. A recent camera hack reveals player character to be actor Norman Reedus (The Boondock Saints, The Walking Dead) all along.

Video game hacker Lance McDonald has unearthed many other secrets in P.T. earlier using camera trickery. Reedus appearing as in-game character shouldn't be a surprise for those who originally completed the demo though.

After completing all cryptic puzzles of P.T., a trailer reveals that Norman will be starring as lead character for a new Silent Hills game but there was never any real confirmation on if he was the unknown protagonist as well, until now.

Aside from showing Reedus at the end, there was always room for guessing about whom we are playing as since its narrative is shown in first-person perspective and the character's visage was obscured on purpose whenever he looked into a mirror.

Konami pulled out the P.T. demo from PlayStation Network a year later upon confirming cancellation of Silent Hills, which was meant to be a psychological horror game from Hideo Kojima and his Kojima Productions that never happened.

Kojima eventually started working on his own project Death Stranding after leaving Konami with film director Guillermo del Toro (Pan's Labyrinth, The Shape of Water) and Norman Reedus that became a massive critical-hit on launch lately.

It appears from is most recent Tweets that Kojima is hinting at making a horror game up next and he would very much likely to bring back Del Toro and Reedus once again, following immense success of their last collaboration.
