A curious user on Reddit has recently posted about what sort of obscene images he came across while playing the game. This normally gets players banned by Nintendo and until they offer better parental controls, he urged all parents to take their child's Switch offline. Apparently, a leaked DevMenu has been causing people to get past these normal protocols of the game, which another Reddit user claimed to get his hands on after buying a Switch this week.

What he thought as a “defective” Switch from eBay was actually an EDEV unit, which is a console for developers. Although his post is deleted now, many have suggested releasing the data online for developers and hackers to study and it eventually uploaded to a torrent. With a custom firmware, installing DevMenu is actually pretty simple but unfortunately, people started to misuse the data already by exposing a huge number of children to the threat of watching NSFW images.
