Life is Strange: Remastered Collection New Release Date

Announced during E3 2021 showcase event, remastered version of Life is Strange game and its prequel Life Is Strange: Before the Storm was set to launch for Google Stadia, Nintendo Switch, PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One in September 2021.

Back in August, release of Life is Strange: Remastered Collection has been delayed to early 2022 by publisher Square Enix. In a recent press release, Life is Strange remastered bundle receives a new release window planned for February 1, 2022.

Originally scheduled to arrive alongside Life is Strange: True Colors on September 10, 2021, Life is Strange collection has been postponed to next year due to ongoing global situation regarding COVID-19 pandemic, according to developer team.

After delaying launch for Remastered Collection, developer Deck Nine has also moved up dates for Switch version of Life is Strange: True Colors. A bonus Wavelengths DLC episode is coming to owners of Deluxe and Ultimate editions very soon.

Square Enix's episodic graphic adventure series receives visual enhancements for character and environment. Improved lighting effects and motion captured facial animation are now added to Life is Strange, thanks to its latest engine upgrades.

Life is Strange: Remastered Collection will also include deluxe outfits and "Farewell" episode for Before the Storm. Players on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S can purchase a last-gen console version and play via backward compatibility feature.
