Only a week ago, an official Twitter account starts referring it as Marvel's Avengers and revealed schedule for a worldwide reveal at E3 2019. Today, fans are finally getting a glance at this long-awaited superhero action-adventure game.

It all begins at A-Day, when globally known superhero team of Avengers showed up in San Francisco to unveil their new hi-tech Headquarters. A sudden explosion nearby has Captain America send Iron Man and Thor to investigate.

Black Widow and Hulk joined soon into that mess what seemed like an act of terrorism by a private military force. A staged catastrophe causes huge devastation and these heroes were blamed, which led to disbandment of The Avengers.

Fast forward to five years later, all superheroes are now outlawed by society and long gone. Entire world suffers from growing threats and the only way to save it will take for Earth's Mightiest Heroes to reassemble once again.

Over time, fans will receive regular updates for free to extend in-game content and there will be no micro-transaction. More Marvel heroes will be added to increase an ever-growing roster and options for customization will be available.

Final Fantasy XIV Crosses 16 Million Players

Just ahead of Shadowbringers expansion release, MMORPG title Final Fantasy XIV crosses 16 million players mark.

Though massively multiplayer online role-playing game Final Fantasy XIV was heavily bashed over for a series of issues, developer/publisher Square Enix took time working on it and replaced it with FFXIV: A Realm Reborn in 2013.

Initially launched for PC and PlayStation 3, FFXIV eventually came to Mac and PlayStation 4 soon only to catch speed over time and has currently reached over 16 million players, just before the release of Shadowbringers expansion.

Octopath Traveler on PC Confirmed by Square Enix

Square Enix is officially porting acclaimed role-playing game Octopath Traveler from Nintendo Switch to Steam.

After accidentally announcing news of their award-winning RPG title Octopath Traveler coming to Steam in an official blog post last week and deleting it shortly afterwards, developer/publisher Square Enix have finally confirmed its arrival on PC.

Whatever reasons they had for deleting original post that has leaked the announcement in advance, it appears that it is indeed launching this year on June 7 and will be released digitally on Valve's digital distribution platform.

Players take on a unique journey from one of the eight main protagonist characters, each following a distinctive yet interlaced path of adventure on a fictional land of Orsterra that would finally have them unite with rest of their peers.

They would often come across NPCs during quest and sometime engage in confrontation using different abilities via a turn-based combat system. Also, they can be helpful at times in building reputation, getting new armor and finding items.

We are still not sure that whether or not the game would go through any significant changes switching form Nintendo Switch to Steam since there was no mention of adding any special feature but we may expect some higher frame rates perhaps.

To match upgraded visuals of modern day consoles, it is rendered in a graphical aesthetic that developers termed as HD-2D, which offers high-definition textures while retaining a retro-vibe capturing essence of 16-bit era of video games.

Octopath Traveler for PC Leaked by Square Enix

Square Enix has accidentally confirmed PC version of Octopath Traveler after a Korean rating has teased it earlier.

While working on Octopath Traveler for Nintendo Switch, developer Square Enix might have never thought of what a phenomenon it would become but players on other platform could never have that experience because of Switch exclusivity.

However, a Korean game rating for a PC version of the game was spotted online last week, which clearly hints at launch of a possible port and that theory is confirmed recently, according to a now-deleted official blog post.

No longer remaining an exclusive, players on PC would be able to roam through the land of Orsterra for a magical ride via Steam from June 7. Whether or not there will be any notable changes to upcoming port is not mentioned yet though.

That same rating from Game Rating and Administration Committee of Korea also suggests for Bandai Namco to publish the acclaimed JRPG on the region. Previously, release of Super Bomberman R title to PlayStation 4 was leaked similarly by a rating online.

Players can start by simply picking up from eight different characters of certain abilities to walk on their unique adventurous path. As your quest starts, there are other seven heroes to recruit in your cause and NPCs to interact with upon meeting.

The game employs a battle system that is very easy to get into and features some exciting boss battles. Aside from its beloved character progression elements, it appealed to audience for a distinctive HD-2D style of graphical aesthetic.

Obviously, it did not worked very well between them at that point but clearly, both parties were able to ease up their differences in the past 22 years as FFVII has finally landed on Nintendo Switch today along with Xbox One.

Kingdom Hearts 3 Director Skeptical on Future Worldwide Releases

Following an early leak of Kingdom Hearts 3, game director Tetsuya Nomura is hesitant on future worldwide releases.

Fans are eagerly waiting for the release of upcoming Kingdom Hearts III on January 29, 2019 for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One from massively popular action role-playing game series Kingdom Hearts by developer/publisher Square Enix with only a few days left.

As the whole world jumping in excitement for one of the most anticipated games of 2019 to launch shortly, game director Tetsuya Nomura is currently rethinking worldwide releases for his upcoming projects in future because of an early leak of KH3.

Back in December 2018, four physical copies of KH III game got leaked online months before its launch and even though Nomura pre-conceived a contingency plan for a situation like this to prevent spoilers, it was a great disappointment for the director.

The last mainline entry into the franchise was Kingdom Hearts II, which came out on 2005 for PlayStation 2 and the studio had the fans wait for another fourteen years for a true sequel featuring Sora and friends, which is a really long time to wait for.

If you think that was a long period of waiting then you may as well expect it be prolonged even more inn future for projects that Tetsuya Nomura will be working on, because his frustration as Kingdom Hearts series creator and director of KH3 about the situation is pretty obvious.

One of his solutions to avoid such leak ahead of time is to release the game in other regions first before eventually releasing them around the globe on a later date other than simultaneous worldwide release for the retail version at the very least.

When it comes to game development, Nomura is quite adamant on his control over the process and he even gave Disney a condition to let him include Toy Story during initial planning phase, otherwise not willing to make KH III at all.

Luckily for him, things worked nicely for him for the project but fans now fear that the highly anticipated, upcoming Final Fantasy VII Remake for PlayStation 4 may not see a concurrent worldwide release or at least not for the physical version.

Once Kingdom Hearts III is released within the next few days, Nomura would be shifting his entire focus on FFVII project but would still be attached to KH3 and he has good reasons to do that if rumors of a Nintendo Switch port of the game being in works are correct.

Now, it would be hugely upsetting for fans of the Final Fantasy role-playing game series if they are being limited to enjoy his work digitally for a certain time but we don't see anything at this moment that could make him change his mind.

Super Smash Bros. Ultimate DLC Fighters Leaked

Details of unannounced DLC fighters of Super Smash Bros. Ultimate are leaked ahead of official announcement.

Crossover fighting game Super Smash Bros. Ultimate from developer Bandai Namco Studios and publisher Nintendo has become the fastest-selling title on Nintendo Switch without any sign to slowing down on sales anytime soon and there is more to come.

Lately, data-miners dug into the source code of the game to find out what seems like new fighters roster, yet to be revealed officially in upcoming DLC. Although what they discovered appears to be some codename, fans were quick to find evidence to speculate on.

SSBU will include five brand-new downloadable fighters that would also be a part of "Fighters Pass". The first one of them was revealed to be Joker from Persona 5 at The Game Awards 2018 and the rest four remained unannounced.

Game director Masahiro Sakurai probably was to announce some of the rest during the next Nintendo Direct but the recent findings already has some strong hint for the identities of the unannounced fighters. Since they are still unconfirmed, we suggest you to take this with a grain of salt.

WARNING: THE FOLLOWING MAY CONTAIN POTENTIAL SPOILERS FOR SUPER SMASH BROS. ULTIMATE.

Data-miner jam1garner has posted three code names of DLC characters found within game codes on Twitter that you can see below.

Back in December 9, 2018, leaked info about Ultimate's DLC characters were posted by a user on Japanese image-board site 5Channel (formerly known as 2chan), where they also mentioned about the inclusion of Joker from P5 into the roster and his stage being Mementos.

No one really cared about it that much in the beginning but when his prediction of Persona 5 R title was officially revealed by Atlus, people started paying attention. He also claimed that P5R will be released on the first half of 2019, which we are yet to find out though.

There was also unconfirmed claim for four new characters joining the roster of SSBU and they are Doomguy of the Doom series, Erdrick from the Dragon Quest series, Ryu Hayabusa from Ninja Gaiden and the default player character Steve of Minecraft.

The claim on Dragon Quest's Erdrick received more credibility upon the datamine leak of code that mentions Jack, Brave and Packu. Here, Jack is referred to be Joker and Packu is a nod to Pakkun Flower, Japanese name for pre-order DLC character Piranha Plant from Super Mario.

Now all that left is "Brave", which translates to Yuusha in Japanese, which also stands for hero and Erdrick belongs to the hero class of Dragon Quest. Moreover, the character has a legacy of appearing throughout the series, notably the first three games.

Therefore, he is a worthy representative of the franchise on the crossover arena of Ultimate and the codename "Brave" fits his description very well. Reportedly, Anlucia from Dragon Quest X is to serve as an alternate skin for.

The source also claimed of a game from Square Enix classic series to arrive on Switch that turned out to be Dragon Quest XI. The hint of Ryu from Ninja Gaiden to make it to SSBU can also be a re-release of the game in 2019 to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the franchise.

The arrival of Doomguy may be revealed at E3 2019 to promote the upcoming release of Doom Eternal, also coming to Nintendo Switch. Steve from Minecraft was meant to debut on the launch of Super Smash Bros. Ultimate but shelved as a DLC to promote Minecraft: Dungeons in 2019.
