Clementine comes closer to her fate in new SDCC teaser trailer of The Walking Dead: The Final Season.

Developer Telltale Games has done a great job adapting popular comic-book series The Walking Dead by writer Robert Kirkman (Battle Pope, Haunt) from Image Comics into an episodic interactive graphic adventure, debuting back in 2012. Currently in its fourth installment, Telltale's Walking Dead: The Final Season is finally making way with the first episode of the game this year soon. In the spirit of San Diego Comic-Con 2018, Telltale has dropped a teaser trailer today.

We are offered a brief look into the upcoming zombie apocalypse adventure in this short clip debuted on SDCC 2018.

After stepping out of the shadows of her guardian angel Lee Everett, series protagonist Clementine has been taking care of her own for some time in a post-apocalyptic world. She has also found and took in little orphaned boy AJ, whom she teaches about this new world. Apparently, she and AJ have found a small group of survivors of her own age and maybe even a sanctuary. It then quickly starts falling apart and everyone's life is back to hell again in a moment's notice.

Episodic interactive survival horror drama Telltale's Walking Dead: The Final Season will debut its first episode on August 14 for PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. A Nintendo Switch port version will also come out sometime later in 2018. TWD: The Final Season will be marking the conclusion for a very successful series that dominantly ran for six years now. World premiere of brand-new exciting gameplay footage is just waiting for release tomorrow as well.
