PlayStation Network is Facing Issues! Again!

Players around the world are facing issues on the PlayStation Network again for the third time within the last three days. We are not saying that people are going for an outrage here but services that are linked to gaming and social media are “experiencing issues” as per the status page of PlayStation Network. They are working on the case to resolve it as soon as possible and patience from the fans will be much appreciated.

If the problem was regarding PlayStation Video, PlayStation Now or any other services, then the players would've normally ignored it for the time being. Since, the issue was messing with the online features of the gaming and social, people couldn't help it but getting a little concerned here. Most of the gamers were forced to play offline because of the problem as they couldn't connect to the online services of PSN.

PlayStation’s Twitter handle for helping with issues @AskPlayStation also tweeted on how to access to the PlayStation Network for those who are still trying.

The service page for PlayStation Network did acknowledge this and quickly acted towards a solution for it. The problems arose nearing this Friday noon, the very day when two major titles were about to be released; Dragon Ball FighterZ and Monster Hunter: World. Many were also expressing concerns when they weren't being able to play the newly arrived Monster Hunter: World on PlayStation 4 but then it was revealed that the game was having same trouble on Xbox One as well.

Most of the games, applications and online features were having issues launching during the disruption period. Different countries and regions also experienced the downed services and PSN reached out to them all with their status announcement on site and Twitter. This means, it was a widespread PSN issue and not just some minor interruption on limited area. Hopefully, the service page of PlayStation Network will post an update as soon as they fix the issue for good.
