Currently available worldwide for all PS4 players, the demo will cover opening chapter of Final Fantasy VII, where protagonist Cloud Strife and AVALANCHE leader Barret Wallace takes on a mission to plant a bomb at Mako Reactor 1.

Though you only get to try out iconic bombing mission segment, there is a lot to explore within its large complex. While fighting against Shinra Security troopers with your huge Buster Sword, be sure to watch out for details and secrets.

At one point, you will come across in-game first boss Scorpion Sentinel, who is not going to be an east mark to take on. Even when you managed to defeat this mechanical atrocity, Cloud has to make an escape through a collapsing complex.

First-hand experience to a revamped combat system awaits everyone, which is a mix of real time action and commands from menu. Those who prefer strategy over action can simply begin with Classic Mode and keep experimenting.
