Battlefield 5 Free on Prime Gaming Now

According to an early leak, 2016 first-person shooter Battlefield 1 from developer EA DICE and publisher Electronic Arts was made free on Prime Gaming last month, which will be followed by its successor title Battlefield V for this month.

Members of Prime Gaming can receive a free copy of Battlefield 5 on PC platform, which should be claimed anytime before September 1, 2021, which will only be eligible to redeem via Origin for a very limited time within October 1, 2021.

Inspired by events of World War II, multiplayer shooter Battlefield V expands its intense single-player campaign through episodic War Stories. Notable multiplayer modes include battle royale mode Firestorm, Grand Operations and some.

Battlefield 5 takes you to biggest theatre of war, introducing brand-new gameplay features and mechanics in favor of realism. Despite some early bugs and lack of enemy variety, BV lives up to its promises with steady post-launch updates.

Back in June, Prime subscription has added Battlefield 4 along with Batman: Telltale Series and a number of other titles into their monthly free games lineup, in association with DICE and EA to promote upcoming Battlefield 2042 release.

Battlefield V has already been offered multiple times by online services like PlayStation Plus and Xbox Game Pass in recent months. However, it is highly unlikely for BV to be given away on Epic Store or Steam as a freebie title anytime soon.

Also coming to Prime in August 2021 are Indiana Jones and the Fate of Atlantis, Metamorphosis and a handful of games. Additionally, subscribers receive bundles of exclusive in-game content, free Twitch subscription and few other bonuses.
