Death Stranding Announced for PC

Kojima Productions finally confirms PC version of Death Stranding is coming in summer 2020 from publisher 505 Games.

Over a week from global release, upcoming action game Death Stranding will be arriving on November 8, 2019 for PlayStation 4 players to enjoy. However, this highly-anticipated title from Hideo Kojima is no longer a PS4-exclusive.

Today, developer Kojima Productions has officially confirmed that PC version of their latest social strand game will become available sometime on early summer of 2020 with publisher 505 Games in charge of its distribution.

Although originally announced for PS4, platform exclusivity of Kojima's next project has always been shrouded into mystery but once it was delisted from exclusive game catalogue of official website, fans were hopeful to see a PC release.

Also, it was revealed years ago by Kojima himself when his partnership with publisher Sony Interactive Entertainment was revealed but that Q&A session by PlayStation Europe was later deleted to simply keep focus on PS4 launch.

Aside from a pending official release date announcement, 505 Games has yet to reveal to fans whether or not they will bring DS to popular storefront like Steam or will it be a timed exclusive for Epic Games Store for PC platform.

Spending four years in development time, Death Stranding is finally getting released over Sony consoles very soon and PC gamers will be able to experience first Hideo Kojima directed game next year following his departure from Konami.
