Mortal Kombat 11 Mileena Gameplay Reveal

Ahead of next-gen console launch, developer NetherRealm Studios and publisher Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment announces new batch of DLC fighters pack and Ultimate Edition of Mortal Kombat 11 across all major platforms.

Earlier last month, NetherRealm announced the much-anticipated official return of fan-favorite Mortal Kombat character Mileena and her deadly movesets are revealed for upcoming Kombat Pack 2 DLC in a brand-new gameplay trailer.

Latest gameplay footage of Mileena showcases her chaotic fighting style, raw savagery and sharp claws.

In opening scene of gameplay showcase, notorious Edenian assassin Mileena was laying waste off Shirai Ryu clan members at Fire Garden. She is challenged by her half-sister Princess Kitana in a fight that started with clawing and biting.

In a second scenario, she goes competing against D'Vorah, Hive Queen of Arnyek and thrashed her opponent. In her next standoff with Kotal Kahn, former Emperor of Outworld didn't stand a chance for a moment and only took beating.

Getting back at her "sister", Mileena unleashes a Fatal Blow on Kitana by repeatedly stabbing her in the guts before biting her neck, ripping her throat and if that was not enough, she throws out her dual sais back at her opponent's eyes.

In a Fatality move, she finishes her sister off by dropping Kitana on ground and then spinning over her body like a human-buzzsaw with her twin sais pointing outward, resulting in her rival becoming a bloody mess reduced into pieces.

Mileena got most of her base movesets as well as her iconic sais, ball roll attack and teleport kick. NetherRealm celebrates her comeback with a variant of skins including Klassic ninja outfit, Malign Presence and True Kahunum garb.

Though events of Mortal Kombat X made it difficult to bring her back, due to Mortal Kombat 11 campaign storyline being heavily revolved around elements of time-travel, she could eventually return lately as a guest DLC fighter once again.

Mileena will be joining MK11 roster alongside Edenian demigod Rain and former Special Forces operative John Rambo. She is the most-requested character that players have been asking for on social media and now, she is finally coming.

Mortal Kombat 11 Ultimate is set to arrive on November 17, 2020, for all current and next-gen consoles. Players who own a copy of MK11 on PlayStation 4 or Xbox One to get free next-gen upgrades on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X.
